After some time things have started to change Norman has became much closer to Emma after he got to know her more right after she opened up more to him which seem to have a change in her since she feels comfortable now without feeling like she's being a burden 

Norman has also become more aware and protective with Emma as her belly now began to show, now being visible enough for anyone to figure out that she's expecting. 

Norman did his best to keep her well by making sure she eats and doesn't do anything that requires her to do any labor of any sort. 

His colleagues knew nothing of this or his mother just yet even his fiancée. But someone in particular has an idea of what's going on due to Norman's odd behavior that he had observed

"Leaving away early once again?" Ray spoked while placing some paperwork on Norman's desk.

"Yes, I-I have something to do which requires me to be home by this time." Not looking into Ray's eyes gives him another clue. Ray crossed his arms before giving him a small glare

. 

"You know lately you've been acting strange, you've changed...there must be something going on Norman, care to explain?" Not wanting his best friend to keep any burden or secret away from him

"E-Everything's well ray-."

"You know- now that I remember did something happen between that Emma girl and you? The expecting mother to twins?" 

Norman eyes widen at Ray's statement cursing himself for keeping something like this so obvious, especially knowing how ray is.

'Is there really any point in hiding this?'

"Well?"

"I'm the father of those twins..but we're nothing, it was just a nightstand...I was so stressed out so I went to a bar to drink and we both- well….took it too far and now she's expecting my babies." Seeing how ray didn't seem too surprised just disappointed in his eyes.

"And are you taking responsibility? Aren't you going to get married? What are you going to do norman?" 

"I'm going to be a present father that's what I'm going to be...sorry for keeping this away from you..I've just been too focused making sure I'm doing the right thing, the marriage will still go on..it's best for the company." Grabbing a nearby pen to sign something quick as possible

"You do realize she's carrying your heirs but still I can't believe you would do such a thing, I'm disappointed in you Norman." 

Norman stopped what he was doing and let that sink in…

These twins are heirs to this company but how will he manage that while getting married with Asyhe, would she approve of them?

But Emma? 

He felt himself getting strangled, feeling questionable about what's ahead, something that he won't say a thing about to hurt Emma feelings, he wants her to be present but also what will happen?

Why is he getting attached to someone who He's still getting to know...what is it..

Why does he see them as a complete family without one having to exchange their children place to place instead of somewhere stable where they don't have to do any of that
