As months went by, Liyun thought it was a happy ending for them. They already have two kids with the same gender, married, and living happily.
But having Siyeon's condition will never forget them. Her operation is now scheduled in the hospital. Before the surgery, her chest went in pain.
'Ah! Liyun! I can't.' She held her chest tightly. 'Hold on, Siyeon. Let me call an ambulance.' he immediately called an ambulance to rescue her.
'Mommy!' Jael and Yael saw her in pain. 'Oh my! Siyeon! Are you okay?' her mom and dad immediately move. They think about things that they can do to stop the pain.
Jiu and Kevin found her pills in the drawer but there were no pills left. 'Shit! Why's the ambulance so slow?!' Kevin cursed.
'Give me that phone, Liyun!' Jiu snatched the phone and called the ambulance again. 'Hello! Where are you now?!' Jiu shouted.
'We're in traffic, ma'am. Please wait for a while.' the rescuer said. 'Please be fast! This is not a game!' she hung up the phone and it made her more mad.
She can't breathe strongly. She lost all of her breath and can't handle it anymore. But all she thinks is for her children to have a mom. Minutes later, the ambulance came to rescue her. Good thing when they go, it is not traffic anymore.
'Ma, please be strong.' his tears starts to fall down on her hands while looking at her eyes shut. 'Sir, please stay aside. You cannot just enter.' he couldn't say a word but just step aside.
The kids didn't know what's going on in the hospital. Jiu were looking after them with Jay and Lay. Kevin, her mom, and also Liyun's father accompanied him at the hospital.
Hours later...
'Good Afternoon sir... You're the patient's husband?' the doctor came. 'Yes doc.' he answered. 'Your wife needs a surgery for her heart. She has a problem on her heart valve that causes pain, dizziness, and not be able to breathe.
'Yes doc, we are ready to accept the offer.' he said while wiping his tears. 'Don't worry, sir. We will try to make your wife alive.' the doctor comforted him with words. 'Excuse me.' the doctor leave him.
[6:30 am morning]
He was all by her side. For him, it was painful to see his wife being on a coma. She has never woke up until now. 'Sweetheart, please wake up. Don't leave us please.' he hold her hands and kissing it.
As he was looking at the monitor, it was decreasing and decreasing. He was afraid to let her go but...
[Flashback]
'Liyun, don't be afraid to let me go. I will be all yours but please just let me go, okay?'
[Back]
'If you let go, should I let you go? I can't imagine if you're not with us again. Please stay and we're still going to the surgery. And- all of your pain that you feel will be gone.' suddenly it was time to let her go. He already hear the monitor sounds.
He all cried. He didn't shout but just kiss her forehead and lips as their final goodbye. He hug her and take a lot more time before the nurses and doctors came. 'Goodbye Sweetheart.'
