Steve and Bucky have something to tell the others, but things don't go as smooth as planned...

The Avengers are sitting together for dinner. Everything is nice, people talk and laugh, when Steve decides to stand up and gather everyone's attention. Just then, Rhodey also gets up and quickly leaves the table, staring at his phone. Cap looks after him confused and is considering delaying his speech, but Tony already asks: „Rogers, you got something to say to us?"

Steve picks up his courage, and tries to sound casual, as he says: „Well, yeah, got something to tell you. About me... and this guys!", and lightly slaps Bucky on the shoulder. His friend gets up to stand next to him, smiling. As everyone is looking curious, Steve starts to ramble nervously: „Well you know how Bucky was always my best friend, and how I lost him and found him again, and how much he means to me, and uhm..." Clint throws in with a smile: „Get to the point!" Cap loses his train of thought, and starts stammering: „Uhm, well, I, uh, we, just want to, uhm..." Sam suddenly leans foreward alarmed, and asks in a haste: „Are you leaving the Avengers?" The group goes silent in shock, and Steve throws up his hands to assure them: „No, no, nobody's leaving, it's, just, that, uh..." Bucky leans towards him with a smirk and whispers: „Come on Stevie, just rip off the bandage!" And his friend with a red face blurts: „Okay, it's just... We're together!"

The others just stare at them, and Maria finally asks: „So? You're always together." Cap tries to correct himself: „No, that's not what I meant. I...", he takes Bucky's hand, „It's just that we're together! And we love each other. And we love each other, and need each other, and we'd fight for each other, and die for each other..." Bucks starts to snicker, covering his face. The others also begin to giggle, thinking it's a joke or Steve didn't get an innuendo again. But then he hits them with: „And yes, we... kiss... a lot, and yes, we sleep together, and yes we have sex, and yes it's awesome," suddenly he realizes what he is saying as everyone's eyes get big, „aaaand yes, nobody asked! Oh shit!" He covers his face as Stark yells: „Language!"

Bucky laughs a little, then takes his hand back to start clapping slowly with a weird sound, as he says: „Way to go outing us in style, Steve!" His boyfriend looks at him sheepishly, but Bucks asks: „Don't you think you forgot something?" Steve stares back confused: „What?" Bucky gestures to put a finger in a circle. Steve's eyes get big and he gasps: „You want me to tell them how we do it?" Tony grins: „Oh, please do!" Clint is aghast: „Please don't!" Scott seems surprised: „You do it with fingers?", and Nat smirks: „You don't?" Bucks clears up: „No silly, the wedding!" His friend responds: „Oh. Oh. Didn't I lead with that?", but his buddy shakes his head: „No!" So Cap straightens himself up once more, to conclude embarrassed: „Okay, uhm, in other news: We're gettin married!"

Now a few eyes widen in surprise anew, Scott is in shock: „For real?", Bruce replies surprised: „Already?", and Natasha argues cheeky: „Well, who knows how long they'd been at it!" The rest of the table graduately joins in giving the two supersoldiers confused but happy smiles. Then Rhodey finally gets back and asks: „What'd I miss?" Tony states: „Steve is pregnant!" Laughter errupts, Rhodey looks confused at Cap, who returns: „Am not!" Yet Stark adds: „With Buchanan's lovechild!"

Cap scolds him: „Dang it Tony, we're just getting married, you don't have to make it weird!" Rhodes eyes get big, and turning from person to person asks: „What the hell just happened here? I leave the room for two minutes, suddenly Cap's gay and getting married?" His friend just jokes: „Well, you missed the big announcement. Oh, and the pillow talk!" The fighter pilot blinks: „The what?" Steve furrows his brows at the billionaire: „Tony!", but his lover comforts him: „Come on Stevie, he's just jealous.", and with that, he pulls him into a close embrace and gives him a deep kiss, making the others cheer and clap.
