Childhood Friend || Shouko Nishimiya x Y/n

Chapter One

Y/n had just woken up to get ready for school , They had woken up earlier than expected which slightly confused them, but they knew that if they went back to sleep they would be late for school.

You Got out of your soft and comfortable bed and stood infront of their drawer staring at an old picture of her and her childhood bestfriend, Shouko Nishimiya.Y/n would do this everyday hoping that Shouko would return to them someday so that they could be friends again , You Stood there and remembered all of their best memories such as their sleepovers where they would stay up all night until eventually they drifted off whilst talking in sign language obviously , You missed Shouko dearly and every night would think  about her all night , You eventually realised that if you stood there any longer you would be late so you quickly got ready for school and had your favourite breakfast.

You had to walk to school again sadly , Your parents were quite poor so you didn't have a car or a proper house , you lived in a small flat in japan 2 bedroom infact,your room barely had enough room for all of your stuff and you. On the way to school you were lost in your thoughts , you were imagining you seeing shouko again and living together in a large house with lost of pets considering you and shouko never had pets growing up , You two had a dog and three cats , you also had a turtle and a ferret aswell as a rabbit which is quite a lot of animals but it was just your imagination so it's okay haha.

On the way to school you passed Shouko's old house , you didn't like the new people who lived there ,they were disrespectful and rude ,they didn't like anyone in the area and are always swearing and throwing things at people , The couple who live there are always drunk so we don't really know what they are like when they are sober.You hated them and they hated you , a lot .

You decided to keep walking so that you wouldn't be late for school but of course someone stopped you. A tall blonde girl stopped you, It was Hitori Kazuha (Your Friend) "Hey Y/n!!!, Did i scare you!?!? hahaha". You sighed and rolled your eyes " No Ri you didn't, you do this everyday why would i be scared?" Hitori frowned "Come on Y/n you're no fun.." . Yet again you sighed and kept walking, Hitori by your side "So... Y/n "
You looked at Hitori and you weren't suprised to see her staring at you "What do you want now?" you said grumply " Why are you so... you know today??" You stopped and stared at her the wind striking your hair "What do you mean Ri?" Hitori stared at you in a confused way "Well you seem really angry or something today for some reason" You looked at her and sighed " Well i guess i kinda miss Sho.." Hitori looked at you "Well of course you do n/n! She was our friend .. We can't do anything about her moving though you know that right ?"  , " Well yes... " Hitori looked at you and sighed " maybe we should visit her?" you were shocked but you let out a squeak and jumped " that's a great idea Ri!!!" She smiled at you,You both knew where shouko lived but it was a three hour distance so you would have to take a few trains to visit her.

You and Hitori kept walking to school discussing where  and when you would go and see Sho' you decided that you guys would go on a friday so you can stay on the weekend and you guys would also be able to skip school together .

You both got to school and went to your home/Form room or first class and counted up the amount of money it would cost to go and stay at a hotel aswell as the trains it costed a lot but Hitori decided that she would pay because her parents both had high paying jobs and a lot of money you and Ri' Were polar oppisites.

It was the end of the school day and you had been incredibly excited all day throughout all classes and breaks you and Hitori walked home together as always and discussed the plan with eachother you stopped by Hitori's house and you both asked her parents if she could go to visist shouko.They were both very happy with this idea and instantly agreed to this and decided to pay but you were scared to ask your parents about this, they probably weren't going to let you go with hitori or at all infact.

Hitori decides to walk home with you amd stay at your house for a while, Whilst you guys were walking home you two saw something horrible, There was a young child eight years old at most ,her parents were shouting at her for walking into someone accidentilly (Sorry lol i needed something to write this chapter was too short) it wasn't just normal shouting they were screaming at her and hitting her,it was absoloutely horrible , me and hitori immediately stopped in our tracks and stared,we were shocked to see this.The little girl was covered in scratches and scars and bruises and burns they were all over her body it looked like she was being abused by her parents.Hitori immediately stomped towards the family , it was as if she had turned into a giant monster , She looked terrifying like this she stopped right infront of them screaming at them " OI YOU!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO THIS POOR GIRL!?!?" Everyone on the street immediately stopped and turned ,it was really embarassing but at the same time i was proud of her.

"Why does it matter to you !? you don't even know her nor us! its none of your damn business! now shoo!" Said the Mother,She was gorgeous she had long thick hair and she was thin , She looked like a princess but she defenatily was NOT one . What this woman had said REALLY annoyed Hitori and she smacked the mother right on her face which shocked the woman the father stared at her in a shocked way and decided to walk off with both his wife and child . The little girl turmed around and smiled gratefully at her and Hitori smiled back.

Hitori happily skipped back to me i was shocked , She's so braved she stopped infront of me happily " Oh my gosh Hitori what the heck!?How did you do that" Hitori just smiled and started to walk back to your house.

You got to your flat/apartment and you were quite scared you and hitori walked in and took off your shoes " Hi okasan, hi otosan!" you said nervously as you walked into the kitchen which was the room they were in. " Hi honey oh hi Hitori! are you staying for dinner?" your mother said kindly " No thanks i have to be home by then sorry mrs.l/n !". " its okay honey saves me more time and money" .

" uh okasan..i need to ask you something if that is okay" you said nervously to your mother. She looked at you " What is it sweetie do you need money? You know we can't give you any". " No no thats not what i want uh so basically....( you explain everything obvs) so uhm is that okay..?" your mum looked confused " of course it is okay why would it not be? " You were shocked you started packing ASAP
