I stood next to my captain, Love Aikawa as the door opened. We could tell by the voice the man outside was no other than Captains Shinji. As soon as there was enough space for lieutenant Hiyori to fit, she was flying bare footed right into Shinji's face. As they continued to make small chat, as I called it because they seemed to always yell and never talk I assumed this is how the communicate, a statement about not apologizing to Shinji made by Hiyori caught the attention of my captain causing him to hit her atop of her head. It seemed to surprise lieutenant Aizen.

"Say you're sorry" Loves voice commanded her, continuing with "you are hopeless"

"What's the big idea here love! You can't just go around pounding the lieutenant's head from another squad." She argued back, tears in her eyes, completely ignoring his command to apologies to Shinji. What made it worse is she said it like he normally did this to his lieutenant, which he didn't otherwise I would probably kicked his ass.

"Your captains not here, someone has to make sure your behavin'"

"Don't talk to me like I'm a kid, I'm under no obligation to apologies to a guy like that! Just look at that flat face!" she continued to spaze out as Shinji made weird-looking faces towards her. Shaking her finders in the air "man he annoys me" she continues to grumble.

"Okay I get it" Love grabbed her head and walked inside, while she makes protests. I make my way behind them calmly, as if that scene had not happened.

"Hey! Let me go! You big ape!"

"Hello lieutenant Hiyori, I see your just as energetic as when I left~!" she stops struggling and looks at me for a second.

"AH! How long have you been there!?! I didn't know you were back! How was the mission?" she worms her way out of Love hold and walk with me.

"It was nice~."

"I don't understand how a mission to kill hollows for a month in the middle of nowhere is nice."

"Oh, I guess you're right, nice wasn't the right word then~." I can see she got annoyed by me and started to growl saying things under her breath I couldn't quiet catch. I give a small threatening closed eye-smile, something I had learned from Retsu Unohana, my previous captain and mother figure. "What was that~?"

"Nothing!" I nod my head and look up to see some captains haven't made it yet.

I listened as my captain and Shinji talk about squad 11's new captain, I don't really see the big problem with it, what's done is done, they should stop whining about it.

"Now, now I don't approve of this criticism." Came the voice of captain Shunsui from around the corner, 'Humph he's early, I wonder what happened~? Probably something Lisa did.'

"Hello, your early today Shunsui" my captain stated

Being Shunsui he stated a total lie, "what are you talking about I'm usually the first to arrive" he said while messing with his straw hat.

"He sleeps late, but I kicked him out of bed this morning." Lisa, his lieutenant stated matter-of-factly, 'just as I thought'

"I wish you wouldn't speak so casually to the other captains like that." Shunsui told her in a pouting way.

"Wait where's captain Hikifune, don't tell me she's not coming today." Captain Jushiro said, saying something for the first time in the conversation.
