The Lantern

Belladonna Sorrows looks around with a flashlight in the basement. Suddenly, a lantern in the basement turns on, its radiant glow provides light for Belladonna. Belladonna Sorrows is walking slowly to the lantern.

Everson Stronglock says from the lantern, "Belladonna~♡ Come closer my love~♡"

Baron Barwolf says from the lantern, "You're very, very close, my dear. Come closer~"

Belladonna Sorrows opens the closet which the lantern is in. The glow of the lantern becomes blinding as the closet fills with bright, white light.

Belladonna Sorrows takes the lantern and tries to look inside it. There's a spooky Gothic mansion with pumpkins and dead trees inside but it's difficult to see because of the light. The glow of the lantern begins to dim. Belladonna Sorrows sees the orange dim look, now seeing the mansion, turns the key to open the lantern. She is suddenly transported inside the mansion. The first thing Belladonna sees is a large, muscular werewolf wearing a black overcoat over his broad shoulders, on top of a black frilly dress shirt. The werewolf gives a smile to Belladonna.

Belladonna Sorrows falls on her bottom in surprise and shouts, "Ah!"

Belladonna looks up and says, "Oh...Hello? You surprised me."

A doll-like boy with a wind-up key in his back, his "skin" is metal but painted a peach color with fake brownish-gold unkempt spiky hair. Everson wears a brown vest made out of copper and trouser shorts painted striped gold and copper. A brown fabric hat on his head. Everson has glowing orange-gold eyes.

"I apologize, it was not my intention to startle you," Baron apologizes.

Baron helps Belladonna, showing incredible strength as he easily helps her up to her feet with one hand with no strain.

Belladonna Sorrows asks, "Who are you sure?"

Everson Stronglock answers, "I'm Everson Stronglock and this is Baron Barwolf. We live here in the mansion in the lantern."

Baron says, "But please, make yourself comfortable here."

Belladonna Sorrows wipes off her nightgown of any dirt and asks, "Are there any more of you handsome men around?"

"Rainbow Dewdrop is in the back, shall I get him to meet our beloved guest?" Baron asks.

Belladonna Sorrows says, "Sure, I'd love to meet him as well. Especially if he is half as beautiful as you two."

Baron walks off toward the back of the mansion. A few minutes later, Baron walks alongside a tall, thin vampire bat with black hair, white wings, rainbow inner ears. The bat wears fancy rainbow colored clothes.

The bat says, "Please accept my apologies. I did not know we had guests~ My name is Rainbow Dewdrop."

Belladonna Sorrows blushes and wiggles in almost a swoon, "Oh so many handsome men around me, I might swoon! Please tell me how old you are so that I may not be in love with an adult but instead boys my own age?"

Baron Barwolf answers, "I am twenty-five years old."

Rainbow Dewdrop answers, "I'm twenty."

Everson Stronglock says, "I'm twenty one year old."

Baron Barwolf asks, "How old are you?"

Belladonna Sorrows says, "I'm eighteen. I'm sorry that I'm young. Thankfully not too young for you."

"I am glad we are at an appropriate age to be in a relationship," Baron says.

Belladonna Sorrows says, "I'm so glad you are so handsome, please do show me that your personality is just as beautiful?"

"Of course, dear," Baron says as he holds Belladonna's hand and gives it a small kiss on the back of it.

Everson says, "I'd love to show you the same kindness if you'll let me."

"So would I~" Rainbow Dewdrop adds.

"Oh it's so overwhelming!" Belladonna says.

"Would you like to sit down and rest, dear?" Baron asks.

Belladonna Sorrows swoons into a chair then sits in blissful love. Baron kneels by her side, rubbing the back of her hand with a thumb. Rainbow Dewdrop gets a paper fan and fans Belladonna. Everson Stronglock hands her a drink of water and gets some small finger food for her to eat

Belladonna Sorrows smiles and says, "I'm going to love this place."

Baron and Rainbow smile at Belladonna lovingly.
