The day I met the girl who I would one day get to go out with her, It changed my life.
Her name is Zoe, and at the time she was going out with this jerk named Allen. I was currently single, so I had all the freedom i wanted. On the first day of 8th grade, I sat down where my agenda was placed, which is the teachers way of letting us know where we sit for the First quarter. I looked to my right, and I see this quiet girl, reading a book... And then I look to my left, a beautiful girl with long blonde hair and blue eyes. I looked at her for quite a while, but then she look at me in confusion, so I looked away embarrassed. For the next couple of weeks we were assigned "Buddies" and when we were reviewing a book, she was so embarrassed. She talked very quietly, but I knew this wasn't the real Zoe, because I saw her in the Hall laughing so much and... Well being Zoe. I started commenting on her pictures and statuses about a dance or ballet called Pre Pointe. I said I would be awesome at it, of course I was joking around, but that was the first time I really talked to her, where she could be herself. We talked and eventually she did a Truth is, where if you like him/her Facebook status, they say like this- Truth is: Your really funny and so on... So I liked it, and she said, "What's your name on my phone: Don't have your #" so I told it to her, and we started talking nonstop to each other. I don't think there was a day when we didn't. But, the only obstacle was... She was still dating someone else. So sometime in November, Weeks after we started texting, I was sleeping over at my friend Bens house. I was on their computer, and I saw, Zoe Went from "Being in a relationship" to "single", so I knew this was my chance to really get to know her before anyone else did. We talked and talked, and then one day, Wednesday, December 19th, 2012, to be exact, we started talking about relationships. She told me about her past, and I did the same. I was sitting in my bed at the time, and I finally had the courage to ask her out. At first I was scared because she didn't answer that fast, but then I heard the beep. I ran to the phone, and looked at my messages. It was a text from Ben saying, "Have you done it yet?" Figures... so I waited another 5 minutes and I saw the text. She said, "YES!!!!!" And all of a sudden I felt a moment of relief. She actually said yes. I couldn't believe it! We went to school on Friday, because Thursday was a snow day. I saw her, and she looked as beautiful as ever. She had a Cute purple shirt on and of course her little purse... But then during an assembly, she had to go at 11:00. I looked at her and smiled, and said goodbye. I saw her again on Monday, and again, beautiful as ever. That carried on, and then she texted me a photo from Walgreens of a purple unicorn, and she said "I want. That so bad!!" And so I told her I would get it for her, as a Christmas present. I also went to the jewelry store and bought a necklace just for her. We met up at The Boys And Girls club, and I have it to her. She hugged me, and I hugged her back. That was the first hug we have ever done. She got me a shirt that says, "I <3 Bacon" which is of course, totally me. And then a cute little tiger plush named Ziggy. Then, one day, we went to the waterpark. It was so much fun, them we went home, and that night she said she wasnt feeling good. She eventually got up to 102.9.She went to the ER, and had to get a IV. I was soo scared, so the next day, i biked 4 miles to her house in below freezing weather, just so i could see her and tell her everythings all right. We talked every day, talked about life and the future, and then I asked her to the dance. So we went on February 8th, and that was the first time we ever slow danced to the song, "I won't give up" by Jason Mraz. We danced and drank Gatorade and water all night, and then went home. And then it comes to today, which is the day I'm writing this story about me and my Martini, which is the name I call her sometimes. And actually, tomorrow after school I am going to her house, And which is the time I will finally kiss her... She doesn't know until she reads this :) And at the moment I wrote this whole thing, me and her are face timing. M
