𝟑𝟖. 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐬

THE CAMERA PANNED to reveal the ancestral Lestrange Castle in all its glory.

"Why do y'all have such beautiful homes?" Kaitlyn Littlefield whined.

"God really has favorites huh."

The words,
𝟏𝟗𝟕𝟕,
𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱
appeared on the screen

"So this is a flashback! Interesting." Barty giggled in anticipation.

Bellatrix and Rodolphus were intrigued to see and worried too.

Well you see, sometimes you just walk in and it isn't the correct moment you know.

The camera moved forward towards the entrance and rose to a greater height.

The screen peaked towards a window where a 22-year-old Bellatrix Lestrange scribbling something furiously on her desk while wiping her forehead.

Rodolphus glared heatedly at anyone who dared to make a comment.

He knows his wife is beautiful and amazing and everything because if he starts to list all her good qualities, well time will never be enough for him.

"No!" She whisper-yelled in frustration.

Bellatrix intake a sharp breathe,
it was a few days before, the day when she-
no this is not gonna work, if the truth is coming out from the movies then maybe she and they won't die.

She can save all of them and her daughter, she noted with happiness.

The camera zooms forward to her journal in which she was writing.
A letter addressed to her was shown.

"Fuck this letter, Fuck you all, Fuck my cursed life." She cursed.

"You curse!?"

"Of course she does."

She snapped that diary shut and stood up, holding the diary close to her.

Rushing through the corridors of the Lestrange Castle, she soon reached the basement of her home.

"If this is a basement then I would have no problem with living in here." Dorcas shrugged.

The basement of the Lestrange Castle was lit up with lanterns.
Bellatrix took a deep breath and stood in front of the gold statue of a crow.

"Why are you there, Bella? I thought you hated that place." Rodolphus whispered to Bellatrix, who was trying to look anywhere but at him.

"I don't hate the great Grimoire, Rodolphus. It's just the place give me creeps." She whispered.

"What is that book in there?" Lily asked.

"It's the Lestrange Family Grimoire." Rabastan shrugged.

"A Grimoire is basically a book typically including instructions on how to create magical objects like talismans and amulets, how to perform magical spells, charms, and divination, and how to summon or invoke supernatural entities such as angels, spirits, deities, and demons." Regulus starts.

"I take it, you all must know the history of the 4 devils?" He continued, as a few of them nodded.

Regulus sighed,

"Very well then, looks like we are going to have a history lesson in here." Regulus says.

"If I may, mother?"Regulus asked his mother.

"Of course, Regulus. The truth has to come out one day." Walburga nodded.

"Now, I must apologize to each of you because this was very important but I still kept this in the dark. Especially, Bellatrix, I'm sorry I should have told you this." Walburga's voice cracked a little bit while she said so.

"What are you talking about Aunt Walburga?" Bellatrix tilted her head in curiosity.

"Regulus please." She urged.

"It all started when Astaroth Kazimir, a slave for the royal family of Britain obtained the power of the 4 devils centuries ago by using the Pendragon Grimoire. He was an orphan who was sold as a slave to the royal family from France. When the royal family got to know about his powers, they killed him but what they didn't know was the power of the devils was activated and the evil spirit divided, two of which were passed as a curse in the royal family as a means of revenge of the death of their master - Astaroth - by the evil spirit.
The devils were named as,
The Female demon, The Hunter demon, The Beast demon, and the most powerful of them all, The Founding demon.
Now, the founding demon wasn't passed as a curse, the evil spirit chose their prey to make our world a living nightmare.
The royal family did hold the power of the beast and hunter demon until-" Regulus told, the atmosphere was dark and full of terror.

"-Morfin Enyo Asura played his game in order to make his plans successful by using Tom Riddle as bait.
The rumors of Morgana Lefay or Pendragon getting disowned by Lady Magic were all fake. She held the power of the beast demon and thereby, she was disowned and all hell broke loose when she was keen to take her revenge." Walburga finished.

No one dared to make a sound, not a single person until,

"And why it is that you know about this Walburga and Regulus. Only you both." Orion gritted his teeth.

Before Regulus could reply, Walburga replied.

"It's better if I keep that secret with me for now, Orion." Walburga smiled sweetly.

Bellatrix looked at them in shock, all things made sense now.

The only question was, they weren't a part of these demons. So how did Regulus and Auntie Walburga know about this?

The movie resumed,

"I, Bellatrix Melania Lestrange neé Black, the lady of the most noble and the ancient house of Lestrange hereby declare on my magic that I take the ownership of the Lestrange family Grimoire and take the responsibility of protecting it. So mote it to be." She spoke loud and clear as a bright light engulfed her.

"Are you crazy, Bella?" Rodolphus shouted.

"Do you even realize what you did? The crow was there to protect the Grimoire! Why do you have to go in there and take it and risk your life?" He asked in fury.

"I just had to, Rodolphus." She replied, her voice monotonous, her expression cold.

The gold crow statue opened an entrance and a large, old book immediately came in front of Bella's eyes.

"Dear, Corvus. As a token of gratitude, I give you this in hopes that you'll keep this secret forever safe with you." She says as she passed her journal inside it and the statue closed.

"That's the same diary, Anastasia has!" Sirius yelled.

"I am so confused and to say I lived with them for my entire childhood." Andromeda whispered.
