7 months later
Sai: I've been on n contact with mother in law, aunt Shivani and devyani and moved to the US 6 months back as I got transferred from my hospital to the one of the best cardiology hospitals in the world and have been working there for some time now. Have new friends I moved with aunt Usha and we r adjusting just right here my lifestyle changed too and and no longer the poor person my aunt used to call me.

On video call
Virat's mom: dear I hope you are doing well there it's not so much ryt the baby's ok right R u ok??

Shivani: oh come down sister in law look at sai she looks perfectly fine see satisfied.

Sai: am really fine mother in law promise am in the hospital as we speak with aunt Usha.

Virat's mom: I hope the delivery goes well my dear my blessing is with you ryt where's Usha?

Usha: hello ma'am.

Shivani: hi Usha I hope everything is fine.

Usha: yes ma'am the doctors r all sai's friends and colleagues so she's in safe hands.

Virat's mom: sai don't forget to send pictures to Shivani ok my dear love safe delivery.

I've been taking care of Pakhi for 7 months and shes in perfect shape. Though my love for Pakhi seems to be intact.

Downstairs
Everyone is preparing for Samrat arrival and are so excited.

When Samrat comes everyone is overjoyed with his return.

Everyone celebrates while virat looks for his mom he thought his mom would forgive him but she never did and virat is so sad.

Virat's mom: Shivani should we call am getting worried.

Virat's mom: pretend not to hear him but virat keeps pestering her.

Virat: mom what can I do to appease your anger.plz

Virat's mom: bring my Sai back and I'll be happy. Will you do that?

Back to Sai
Sai: hmmm it hurts a lot ahhhh doctor when will it stop.

The doctor her friend Sam: your not fully dilated yet so you can't push now.

Sai: ahhhhhhh it hurt a lot she can't bear the pain and starts to cry.

Sam: sai come down if your pressure is high we'll have to do a c section I know you don't want it right.

Sai: yh but it hurts a lot aunt ahhhhhhh.

Sam: almost dilated ok come down.

Sai: just sits up a bit and waits in pain as Usha and Sam comfort her.ahhhhhh

Sam: ok when ur ready to push call me ok.

Sai: says weakly aunt and tired but the pain is unbearable.

Usha: don't worry dear your a fighter just like your dad right?

Sai: aunt I want to push now plz.

Usha: ok let me call Sam.

Sai: ok hmmmmmm

Sam: ok sai take a deep breath and push ok here we go u ready?

Sai: yeah.

Sam: ok push
Sai: hmmmmmm

Sam: 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 relax now

Sai: ah

Sam:  ok again deep breath

Sai: ok inhales the one pushes ahhhhhhhhhh

Sam: ur doing good
Then it continues until

Sai: no am tired cries sai as she look very exhausted.

Sam: sai two more pushes only strong ones then the baby will be out ok plz do this for the baby don't give up I know your tired.

Sai: ok I'll try and she sniffs and cries.

Sai pushes until she hear the cries of the baby the best thing she's heard today.

Sam: great congratulations sai it's a boy.

Sai: smiles and cries tears  of joy can I see him.

Sam: Usha come cut his cord.

Usha: sure she cuts it the cleans the baby and brings him to sai.

Sai: cries I have no words just your so beautiful.
