Hi this is my second story that I'm writing! My first story is far from being finished but I came up with the idea of this story so I'm going to be writing this as well as trying to come up with ideas for my other fanfic.
Background - When you were the age of 10 you got this ability. Whenever you would touch something it would disintegrate. Your parents tried to keep you hidden from the rest of the world because of it. Eventually you had enough of being stuck in your house so you found away out. Longing for the touch of your parents after being alone for while you attempted to hug your mother. But sadly because of it she died because of the cursed power you have. Your father found out and out of rage he kicked you out. As of a result of your 10 year old mind not understanding what was going on and what happened to your mom you tried to grab onto your father to stop him. He had the same fate as your mother. Just this time it was in front of the bystanders who were wondering what was going on with you. Because of so many people seeing this happen they kicked you out of the village.
Word travels fast. Everyone knew about you so they stayed away from you. You were not to step foot in the majority of the villages that you've come across. Both demons and demon slayers have heard of you. They feel that you could be a good weapon against each other, so they were sent to find you by their leaders.
Your now 18 and understand your ability to an extent. You know what happens if you touch someone so you wear gloves. But overcoming your thoughts are voices telling you to take off the gloves and to kill everyone who wronged you and stayed away from you when you needed someone. The voices are good at trying to convincing you and you've almost gone through with doing what they've told you to do but stopped once you've realized what you were about to do.
All you want is someone to talk to without them calling you a monster. The only problem is that you don't know just how desperate you are for the human interaction you crave.
I hope you enjoy the book when I write the actual first chapter and a reminder that I'm probably not going to update my books for awhile because I have a lot going on in my life right now but I'll do the best I can to update every now and then. <3
