I put the jumpsuit on the stretchable material fitted my body. I look at myself in the mirror and took a deep breath and knocked on the door three times like the lady instructed. The people with the aprons did my hair half up half down with many braids added. They took many minerals and powders from cabinets and dabbed them onto my skin. "It's time." One of the people said. I put on some combat boots and was pulled into the hallway again. They showed me down a flight of stairs and pushed me into a small room about the size of my old room.There was another flight of stairs in the room but ended at the roof." It will open in 5 minutes" the people said before they left. I walked around and prepared myself for what will happen out there. The roof opened and I walked up the stairs to the surface. The bright light of the sun burned my eyes. When I regained my vision I watched the ground where I came from close. I looked around and bamboo and trees were everywhere. The other teens are spread out across a clearing of the trees along with me. A woman's voice was counting to three. "1" "2" "3". I ran to the trees trying not to get killed. I ran into the girl that I fought with me in the cafeteria. She shot a laser at me and I put my hand out to see if I can block the light but instead of blocking it the laser reflected and hit her in the head making the top of her face explode.My mouth dropped open. No time to comprehend what happened. It was almost night so I have to find somewhere to sleep. I hid under a large rock covered by a blanket of bushes. Perfect place. I laid down unable to sleep. I guess I didn't die yet.
