"Hey captain, I could sure use a drink right about now," Ban says walking into the bar area
"It's a little early don't ya think?" Diane says from outside the window
"Maybe you should eat some before drinking, come eat breakfast with us!" Elizabeth says
"Who cooked? Mom or the captain?"
"Meli did, I just woke up," Alex says walking into the kitchen to make some more breakfast
"Oh yeah I'm not eating the captain's awful cooking"
"If you don't like it, make it yourself," Meliodas says while throwing a drink at Ban
"Meliodas don't encourage him to drink!" Alex screams from the kitchen speedwalking out to try and get the drink before it gets to Ban
"I'll just eat moms, I'm goo-" The drink cuts him off, splashing him all over his face
"Alright guys time to head to the necropolis!" Meliodas exclaims
"We'll start looking for King there" Alex adds while eating the breakfast she made for her and Ban
"Didn't you guys say fatty was 6 feet under?" Ban asks
"It's the only lead we got so y'know"
"This necropolis place sounds scary, what do you think we'll see there?" Elizabeth asks
Alex looks at Ban for a minute while he's sleeping. It's like she can read minds or something they say but she really just feels the emotions they give off. She can tell he's thinking of Elaine.
'Meli he's sad or something, he's thinking of Elaine."
"He looks fine to me"
"I don't know, I'm gonna ask him about it later"
"I never got the full story from him, you did though, didn't you?"
"Yeah I did"
"I bet it's full of graves and dead people, haunted and gloomy, dark all the time, and with a name like that we can't expect to find King! If we did we can't expect him to be alive!" Hawk says
"I hope there isn't bugs!" Diane says
"Hawk stop, you're scaring Elizabeth." Alex cuts in
"Sorry Alex"
"Ghosts huh?" Meliodas says
"Meli cut it out!"
"We're here!" Meliodas screams
"So this is the necropolis huh? It just looks like a run-down village to me" Diane says
"Hawk, is it anything you expected?" Alex laughs a little
"Nope, how did a run-down village like this get a name like that anyway?" Hawk replies
"Rumor has it that this is the place next to the necropolis, let's see if we can get some intel, money for food, and more. So let's get the tavern up and running!" Meliodas says
"Whaddya know, you actually run the bar?" Ban retorts
"I'm gonna put all of you to work too, jumbo billboard girl, bring in some customers! You can start grilling up some tasty stuff jailbird cook! And my lovely wife can be a waitress with the tavern uniform!" Meliodas tells everyone
"Me? The billboard girl? Yay!"
"You sure you want him doing the cooking?" Hawk asks
"Yep, he may not look it but his cooking is only second to Lexis," Meliodas tells him
