Chapter 3

Amber's P.O.V

Are a while,I was outside near a small pond. I was trying to do random things with the water, seeing if I could control my owes yet. I had taken the necklace off, just for this reason.

No one knew I was out here. I kind of sick outside when everyone want looking and war to bust talking to one another, getting asking. I squeaked, falling back as the water got out of control. I had let out an aggravated groan, just laying in my back, looking into the sky.

This whole controlling my powers shit, yeah it want working out for me. I just signed add I grabbed my necklace and put it back on. I wondered how Izzy was doing with her peers, since we were the only ones that couldn't control then. Everyone else could but us. I sat up, glancing down art my hands, and started to mess around with my bracelets. It seemed to be a habit of mine. I jumper when I felt a vibration and realized I had gotten a text from Gracie.

[From: Gracie]

"Girl, where in the hell are you? Everyone is freaking out!"

I just rigged my eyes, replying with 'I'm just at a small pond by the house.' And start my phone back down. I looked ahead, looking at the pond, randomly staying to day dream. I nearly jumped a for when someone had touched my shoulder, just to get my attention.

I shared in relief, realizing it was only Justin. I grabbed my phone and Sid up, only to test his lips when he spoke. "Amber, are you alright?" I just nodded, waking psst him, only to gap when my shoulder brushed against his. I just shook my head, waking back to the house, knowing he war behind me.

Once I got to the house, I looked around, shooting Izzy and walked over to her. I tapped her shoulder, her turning to me and pulled me into a hug, knowing that it meant that she was worried about me and war glad I was safe. When we puked from the hug, I gave her a reassuring smile, letting her know everything was okay.

Izzy nodded, going back to taking to who she was taking to. I sighted quietly to myself, waking around the house a little bit. I squeaked when I ran into someone, looking up and noticed it was the one and only, Justin.

I quickly got out my phone, ignoring what he was saying and typed on my phone, "I'm so sorry! I should've have payed attention. Or actually stayed with the pack." i then showed him the message, sighing with relief when he said it was okay.

when he patted my shoulder, i got the same tingling feeling like earlier. i frowned slightly, not knowing why i kept getting the feeling.

I must have been staring because Justin was snapping his fingers in my face. i growled slightly, not liking hands in my face. i just shook my head, waving my hand in dismal. seeing Justin frown a little, with a nod of his head, he walked off. I took a deep breath, running a hand over my face, already getting annoyed with all these feelings.

I decided to find Gracie, seeing she was talking to Hannah. i smiled softly walking up to the two girls. I nibbled on my bottom lip, softly waving my hand, looking at the slightly shorter girls. Gracie smiled a bit. When she started talking i began to read her lips, to know what she was saying. " Hey, there you are. Everyone was looking for you."

i just rolled my eyes, typing on my phone, saying, " I've noticed. someone sent Justin to come get me." i showed Gracie my message, having an annoyed look on my face. i noticed she read it. " I know he was the one to volunteer to go get you. I just let him go." Gracie said, raising an eyebrow.

i gasped pulling Gracie to the side and started typing on my phone, glancing up once in a while, making sure no one was around. after i was done typing, I showed her the message. " I need to talk to you about Justin. When he tapped my shoulder, I got this really weird feeling. And when i bumped into him not to long ago. i got the same feeling. like sparks going through me." When Gracie finished reading the message, her eyes went wide.

" Maybe the means you guys naturally  hate each other." Gracie spoke. my eyes went wide, not saying anything.
