Honestly, I don't know what to think because in the anime Eren basically can't turn into a titan because something is holding him back. Anyways, Mikasa thinks that he has feelings for Annie.
... The only thing that's holding me back from shipping Eren x Annie is the other ships. For example, I ship Annie with Armin and Eren with Levi.
So I actually don't know on this one.
