𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡

Jeno and Jaemin.

For all the years he had been away, he never expected to see these two, but they broke into his house just the same. Former high school friends and high school crushes before his ex-boyfriend.

Their group included Jaemin, Jeno, Mark , Renjun, Chenle and Jisung after high school most of them just spilt up.

Laughing, Jaemin remarked, "Not the high school reunion I expected. In disbelief and unable to comprehend it, they just stared at each other. Many emotions went unspoken. A doorbell rang, starting everyone's attention.

"We're going to jail because you don't listen," Jaemin said. Both of them argued back and forth like hooligans, which was surprising since they didn't do that during high school.

The doorbell kept ringing nonstop before he answered it. " ENOUGH!! I will handle that." Renjun quickly got into the spirit of it, turning on his tv, as well as a cover and pillow on the couch.

" Hello Sir " Renjun said.

"I'm Chan, the chief of police, and we were just checking in." Chan glared around the living room without noticing anything unusual. "House's for any break-ins, " He said.

" Oh no, I just got in the door just moments ago. I just had to get in there." Renjun replied.

Chan handed him a card, "2 gang members in their 20s, if you see them, please contact us". They said their goodbyes, then Chan left on his bike.

Taking a deep breath, Renjun whispered, "Come on, you two gang members." The two came around the corner of the stairs. Renjun was shocked that his two closest friends from high school were gang members.

"WOW! This is great, just great. I could go to jail!"
Renjun exclaimed.
Just when you think you know someone. Even though it's been years, gang members are still a big burden to carry, plus a secret.

Trying to make the situation sound lighter, Jeno said, "don't worry we've got everything under control". When really, they don't know what the FBI will do next. To be honest, they might even have surrounded his house.

" Don't lie to him, we don't because if we did, we wouldn't be here." Jaemin scoffed.

Suddenly Renjun recalled that news report at the cafe, and both of them just remained silent. "You're part of that group called NCT.." he said.

" We have been since high school " Jaemin explained. Jeno couldn't even find an excuse to say it's like the universe ran a truck over him.

ＦＬＡＳＨＢＡＣＫ

" It's our last day seeing each other " Jeno said.

A big tree-shaded them from the sun, which meant that they were laying in the grass together under the warm sunshine. It looked as if the sun was beaming down like a bright flashlight.

In the case we see each other again, what would you do if you did? " Renjun turned his head to face Jeno. "Well let's just hope it isn't too bad" Jeno answered. If only Renjun knew what he was going through maybe things would have been different.

" Y'all can stay the night but when I wake y'all better be gone, " Renjun said. He wanted answers but he knew that would probably never happen.
