Abilities: Supernatual strength, speed, and agility, and has all the senses and attributes of a wolf regardless of current form though research may suggest that when in werewolf form attributes amplify significantly. He's able to transform into his wolf form and back at will down to the genetics. When a full moon occurs however, he is forcibly turned into his wolf form and enters an enraged state to which he has no self-control. He dubs his abilities as "Darkness Powers", to which I've taken to rename it to "Shadow Abilities" because it seems more fitting. He can manifest makeshift weapons, use it for psychological manipulation, teleport, and enter an ethereal phase where he can phase through objects. However, he cannot use his werewolf form and his Shadow Abilities simultaneously, either due to lack of skill or too much strain on his mental or physical physique.

Synopsis: I first met him during one of the first nights in the arena. I was wandering around the region trying to set up camp for the night when he attacked me stealthily from the tree lines. I couldn't even react in time, he rammed me through 10 or 20 trees before we stopped and he began to viciously claw and bite me, it was a full moon therefore the sudden provocation and aggression of the attacks, I tried to shoot him to get him off me but he was so blinded by rage that he was too numb to any other sense to notice my attacks. I'm ashamed to say that I became enraged by this and beat the ever living shit out of him, I almost killed the poor bastard before the clouds covered the moon for the rest of the night and he turned back into his human form on the verge of death. I felt terrible for what I did so I took him to my camp and healed him myself with my healing syringes, thankfully he didn't hold a grudge and was actually thankful that I stopped him before he did something he would regret. He's had a rough life, he was born with these abilities, and when he was 16 he severely injured his father which would haunt him for the rest of his life. So much that he exiled himself from his family, he states he has no idea how they are now since its been several years since he last saw them but he likes to think that they're doing better off without him. He's been a nomad since his exile, coming across a handful of people like him, they formed a pack to which they partially taught him about his wolf form and shadow abilities, he ran with the pack for several years before he ran into an underground crime syndicate, they killed his entire pack and almost killed him until they learned of his true nature and saw what he was capable of, they then proceeded to manipulate his perception of the world and society as a whole so he would be comfortable committing multiple felony level crimes, they also further trained him and helped him master complete control of his wolf form and Shadow Abilities. He had an empathy when he was in jail for a failed heist when he realized the syndicate was just using and manipulating him all this time and actually didn't care about him. Since the failed heist he left the syndicate, he had met other people that were like him and had similar abilities, they formed a group of vigilantes: "The Wolf Pack" with him as the de facto leader. They currently stop corruption and crime to clear their names and take down the crime syndicate.

Recommended Action: I should help him control himself under the full moon, if not possible, use silver ammunition and silver bladed weapons to weaken and/pr kill if necessary. Should he become evil, find a way to strip him of his powers and wolf form.
