"Tell me, why do you need my help?" His voice asked, demanding an answer.

"I want to find the one. " the man laughed.

"That is all? You just want to find some idiot guy so you can live happily ever after?" He continued to laugh.

"They said that you would give me my wish. They said you were the best to come to for love."

"Fine I'll give you your stupid wish, but there is a catch. Isn't there always a catch?" He chuckled.

"What is it?" I demanded.

"Crimson, don't loose your temper. This is why I hate children like you. You are so noisy."

"Shut up demon," I seethed. "Tell me what the damn catch is."

"What a persistent young one. You won't get anyone like that," he commented.

I looked away. "If you don't want the deal then let me leave."

"Of course I want the deal." He smirked. I could see a row of glistening white teeth. We were inside a black room. I was floating in midair, with a red dress on. My white long hair was flowing behind me. My gray eyes were trying to see the man's full form. All I could see were his teeth grinning madly.

"Then what is the catch?" He chuckled when I asked the question.

"It's quite simple. I'll let you find the one. I will turn you into an animal of my choice. I will dump you on a street. The guy who is the one will be the only one who would take you and let you stay at his house. You will have to kiss him by the due date. That means you have three years, but if you don't have the kiss by three years then your soul belongs to me." His grin grew. "Do we have a deal?" He asked.

"Do I have to sign something? It is a contract right?"

"Oh Heavens no." (Since he is a demon he thinks heaven is bad so... Yeah) he laughed. "No no no. We demons don't use some stupid paper. Here take this." He hands me a knife.

"A-a knife?"

"Yes little brat, it's am knife. I'm glad you aren't blind," he said irritated.

"What do I do with it?"

"Do I have to show you everything? I'm quite busy. I have a soul I need to collect soon. Take the knife and cut your finger. Put the blood that falls in here," he hands me a empty medicine bottle. "The blood will fill the whole cup. Some of it disappears, counting down your days, so your cut on your finger, or paw, or whatever will make little numbers telling you when you die." I cut my soft skin on my finger. A sting of pain welled up where I cut my finger.the blood trickled down my finger and went into the bottle. Soon enough, the blood filled the whole bottle. I handed him the bottle.

"Thank you for your contract. I hope you find the one. Good luck."

"What is my animal?" He chuckles.

"An animal that no one would ever possibly love, or even go next to. How about a...wolf."

"No. That isn't fair. No one would want a wolf."

"I'm afraid that wasn't a question." He snaps his fingers. Automatically I fall down and land on four legs, my clothes were next me.

I try to talk but it comes out in a bark. "It looks like the little puppy has it's tongue in a knot. Bye bye little puppy. I'll see you in three years. And remember, your soul is as good as mine." He snaps his fingers and I get transported to a place that I've never seen before. It was a place where a wolf wasn't supposed to be. I was in downtown Los Angeles.
