Sam's dream~
She was only 4 when she heard shouting and argued downstairs, sam was hugging her teddy bear when her aunt came.

"Auntwie" she said her aunt left the door open.

"Your fucking aubrey!!" Her mother said

"So what!! Soon you'll die anneli!!" Noah yelled

"How could you do this to me you fucking monster!!" Anneli yelled

Sam started to cry louder, her aunt hugged her shushing when her father burst on the door.

"Can you shut the hell up!!" Noah yelled

"Stop it noah she's not into this!!" Her aunt yelled but noah grabbed sam's wrist tightly and shoved her in the balcony and locked with a key..

"Noah don't do this to sammy!!" her aunt yelled

"Dawdy" sam said slamming the door by her small hand

"Open this door noah your daughter is freezing cold!!'" anneli yelled but noah slapped her.

"Then make her watch our fight honey" he said

"Momwy auntwie" sam yelled crying so loud her aunt was trying to open the door but it was locked and her aunt just cried saying 'please' so many times..

End of the dreams~

Volmer was woken up by sam hitting his chest so many times, last night they both fell asleep, she slept on top of her doctor.

"Sam wake up!!" Volmer yelled shakes her and sam woke up breathing so heavily she sat up her hand was curled into a ball and hiding her face when she cried loudly.

Volmer sat up as well and hugged her tightly, "please don't" she said sobbing so loudly.

"Your fine now" he said shushing her when volmer her body was hot.

"Sam you have a fever" volmer said he yelled for a nurse as the nurse came.

"Stay here" volmer said he gently laid her down on her bed and putting the blanket on her.

"Volmer i can't breathe" she said as she sat up trying to breathe so hard the nurse came faster.

As sam passed out, "sam wake up!!" He yelled the nurse touch her forehead.

"Dr. Volmer she's burning up" the nurse said worriedly.

Volmer being so worried at her all the nurse came he yelled at them..

Time skip~
Sam woke up with a towel on her forehead, "Doctor volmer" she said it first finding him.

"Volmer" she said worriedly sam doesn't care if she called him doctor, she stand up from her bed but she fell on her knees.

"Hey" volmer said worriedly running towards to her, he carried her into a bridal style and put her back to the bed.

"Your awake" he said sam had tears in her eyes.

"Hey what's wrong?" He said

"Don't leave me" she said with a sobbed he sigh and wipe her tears away.

"What did you dream?" He asked

"Don't be shy, i am here to listen" he said helping her to sat up.

"My father locked me up in the balcony when i was 4" she said

"It was winter and they were yelling about affairs and my aunt was worried about me, but of course dad was pissed he put me on the balcony and lock me up. Watch me suffer and i saw them how they fight" she said that's the first thing her father did to her so abusive she saw volmer's hand was balled into a fist and to his eyes he was furious.

"You doesn't deserve a suffer" he said.

"I will protect you" he said

"I am willing to protect, heal and love you sam" he said there's a slight spark to their eyes.

"For the whole 3 months i will not left you" he said

"That's a promise" he said putting his forehead to hers.

"What time is it?" She asked

"2 at afternoon" he said

"You woke up having nightmares at 7:30 and passed out" he said

"6 hours and 30 minutes!?" She yelled

"Easy you still have a fever" he said touching her forehead you was still burning up.

"Doc her soup is ready" the nurse said sam startled volmer took the soup holding it in his hand.

"Come on i will feed you so you can drink your medicine" he said putting a spoonful of soup and sam open her mouth she put ate it.

About 10 spoonful of soup she finished as volmer took a water on her nightstand giving the medicine to her and she drank it.

She smile at him and volmer smile at her as well wiping a smudge on her face with his thumb.

"Is there a legend in here" she said volmer smile faded when she said that.

"Yes actually" he said lowly in his german accent.

"Can you tell me!!" She excitedly said

"Baron von Reichmerl became obsessed with the purity of his bloodline and desired an heir of pure blood, and decided he wanted to marry his sister. She initially resisted him and he raped her. After some time, she came to accept and even reciprocate her brother's love for her" he said

"He was determined to marry her but the local priest adamantly condemned it, so the baron hung the priest in retaliation. For several years, they tried to conceive but after six miscarriages, the baron realized she was infertile and suspected the reason for this was due to her body rejecting the deformed fetus" he said

volmer saw the fear in her eyes and he just held her hand and sigh.

"But they burned his sister alive" he said

"That's a terrible legend that was, i wish he would just marry someone he loves" she said volmer gave a sam look as he wanted to say his baron.

"Like the story i read when i was elementary they are force marriage by to each they are cousins" she said

"But they followed they hearts and ran away with their love ones" she said volmer look at her even though she was weak she could fix a smile.

"What if the baron fell in love with someone else?" He asked

"And it's a good thing" she said with a smile on her face.

"Can you call me volmer?" He asked

"Well called volmer earlier" she said giggling at him volmer cupped her cheeks.

"ich liebe dich (i love you)" he said in german with a kiss on her cheeks..

"Bitte bleib einfach hier bei mir (please stay with me here)" volmer said im german pleading without sam knowing.

Their lips touch but volmer stops he know's it was very wrong.

"I am getting tired" she said yawning and lay on her bed.

"Will you stay for a while" she said

"Of course little one" he said..
