It was a well know around the school that Sirius Black and Penelope Woods despised each other ever since their first encounter on the Hogwarts Express, when she was twelve and he was eleven.
Truth be told, Sirius didn't hate Penelope, it was quite the opposite really, Sirius Black was in love with Penelope Woods, from the moment he laid eyes on her. She was Proud and unbelievably annoying but there was something about her that drew him in.
Summer of her sixth year that all changed, Sirius Black admitted that he was in love with her and she laughed it off. She was already in a relationship and she didn't date people younger than her.
With Hogwarts about to begin, she adamant that his confession was going to change nothing, she was going to be happy with her boyfriend and Sirius would find someone to love him back.
In the mean time, Sirius had developed a playboy personality and was prepared to make Penelope see what she was missing. It was a game neither of them knew they were playing: Let the games commence!
