POV: 3rd Person
"Would you really leave me?" They were cuddling under the blanket, the older breaking the silence between them, which had, been prior to his query, had been rather comfortable. Now broken by a sharp, tense air. Taemoo felt a bit regretful about it, breaking the younger's small comfortable bubble, but still, his concerns outweighs the discomfort. And, he was not leaving this situation hanging over their heads, ignored until they had to hash it out one day.
It was now, or later, and he'd rather get this over with.
"Of course not.. I wouldn't. I won't." Well, to an extent, of course had hung over the atmosphere. Though it is not said, it is clear. If the older's grandfather wasn't happy with it when they come out to him, he'd have to leave. It's inevitable, after all. Sunghoon felt a tighter grip on his body, back pulled against a hard chest, he lets himself settle there. "You know I can't if your grandfather doesn't approve, I've just been living with you and being your secretary. I'm not even family.. And I've just.. I don't know, I don't belong here. It's unethical." He felt a small peck on the back of his neck, and he lets out a small chuckle at the man clinging onto him. But still, his smile could only stay for so long under his worried mind.
"Even if he doesn't approve, I won't let you go. Even if you leave this country, I'll find you and make you come back." There was a loving but possessive low tone as Taemoo spoke, but really, he knows the man means it. Sunghoon knows just how much Taemoo loves him, more or less, and there's nothing he could do but receive it, even if he feels like he doesn't deserve it.
The older was too good for him, really. He's rich, a CEO of a large company. Anyone would want him, but yet, his eyes remained on Sunghoon. A mere orphaned boy who he had met years ago and decided that the younger was right for him.
Sunghoon knows he's not deserving of Taemoo. Sunghoon had often wondered what it would be like to be a woman. To be small enough to fit in the older's arms and to be out within the public with no issue. To have to be at Taemoo's shoulder and look up at him prettily and have the people fawn over their perfect relationship. To not be looked down upon by people, and to not ruin Taemoo's clean CEO image.
"Psycho.." He muttered with no heat in his tone, a lighthearted roll of his eyes as he pushed those ugly thoughts down.
"I can obsess over you if I want to.. You are my addiction, jagi." He kissed his neck as the younger blushed silently, smiling, having his back turned to the latter.
"I'll see if you can find me when he doesn't approve." Neither of them miss the 'when' instead of 'if', but they don't talk about it, instead moving closer to each other's warmth. Their separation had been emphasized by Sunghoon, and once Sunghoon had emphasized things, Taemoo could only show his determination of proving the male wrong instead of talk it. There's a hand moving up the younger's shirt, The older feeling warm skin against his cold hands, only to be shot down with a small slap. He let it go with a pout.
"I bet, with all my assets, I'll be able to find you. Anywhere you go." He hugged the small waist tighter if it was even possible anymore, as they both fell asleep, resting for the night.

They were now in a meeting. Silence cut through the tense air, multiplying it by a thousand-fold as the CEO found a mistake as he pointed it out, sweat coating everyone's palms and faces as they tried their best not to interrupt the man in charge. The atmosphere was still, as if a single movement would set the man off on a bigger scolding.
"Let's end the meeting here, we'll talk about this later in my office, Mr. Ri." He said coldly as he got up and left, leaving his secretary to quickly tail behind grabbing everything the latter didn't take as he sped behind him, pushing up his glasses as he bowed to the rest of the room. Sunghoon had always tagged behind him just like this, tailing him around because it was his job. Yet, this job seemed to be rather light - if people didn't count the endless paperwork or organizing Sunghoon has to do.
He could spend time with the older within and out of their working hours and with how well their chemistry was, it wasn't a problem. Small bickering but symbiotically dancing around each other's steps and leaving no trace of imperfections, a warmth had spread around them. Putting a pep in his step, Sunghoon had sped behind the older, and seeing as how he slowed down for him to catch up, the secretary's heart thumped in his ears.
There was a huge groan of relieved stress that everyone in the room let out as they sat back in their seats, loosening their ties. "You better be prepared, Jung Hyuk.." They warned as he swallowed rather audibly, trying to wrap up and get to the 'talk' they would be having. Jung Hyuk was either getting fired, or demoted - and neither seemed to be good. He had just started out at the company!
"Don't you think that was a bit harsh?.." Sunghoon closed the door as he went over to the desk, leaning over as his arms supported him, his tie hung, hanging just over the desk. His glasses sat on the tip of his nose, big doe eyes looking at the older man and his voice soft. His restraint seems to dissolve when Sunghoon was close. An inevitable gravitational pull towards the secretary.
"Not at all, why are you getting like this? Everyone makes mistakes all the time, but you've never said that once." The taller huffed in faux annoyance, pulling on the younger's tie, making him lean closer. Taemoo reels him into a soft, chaste kiss. "Do you fancy him?" He raises a perfect eyebrow and Sunghoon shakes his head with a roll of his eyes.
They pull away for only a moment, and the secretary had gasped in surprise. Using the moment, Taemoo slipped in his tongue, moving the younger in with his tie to walk around the desk as he plopped the smaller down on his lap. The male moved away, panting. "We shouldn't-.. Mr. Ri will come in any minute now." He warns, glancing back at the door.
"Shh.." He was hushed by the pair of lips meeting his once again, the latter unbuttoned the top of his shirt, marking the man sitting on his lap. Knowing Sunghoon, he'd probably get upset if there was a mark visible, and he wasn't able to hide it. They don't have makeup lying around in their house, and they knew better than to put on a band-aid at obscure places on their necks.
The smaller had quickly pushed himself off as he heard someone enter but without enough time and warning, he could only fumble with his top buttons and cover himself up with disheveled hair. The man had his mouth agape, and his words stumbled as he spoke. "Should I.. Come back later?" Jung Hyuk swallowed, and readily took a step back. He then turns right around and hastily took off, shutting the door.
"Do you realize what you just did?! He'll tell everyone!" The smaller panicked as he had tears forming in his eyes, "Your grandfather will know.. you know he won't accept us." He panicked even more as his breathing grew faster. His levels were high, and Taemoo was going to have a hell of a time trying to help him get out of his mindset. He shushes down the man, and he tries his hardest to not think about that voice in the back of his head.
Are you ashamed of our relationship?
"Baby, it's okay.. If he doesn't accept it, I'll still make it work. We'll be together, forever, as long as we have each other, I promise.." Taemoo reassured as he pulled the other back onto his lap, embracing him. Sunghoon's sobs were muffled as his tears soaked the older's shoulders.
There was really nothing neither of them could do.
Time will tell.
