That Night..
The memory of that night..Was the most surprising night ever. Iris had just turned 21 and graduated college,she majored in business.She had found a new job for her in London where all her family was. Matias is 23 & owns his own company..What his family always wanted to do of course.
Iris alarm went off for the third time, as she gets up thinking what's that noise "OH MY GOSH IT'S 8:44AM I'M GOING TO BE LATE !"Iris hears a ring from her phone,It's her friend Venus & Marlee, who she knew both since primary school."Morning Marlee & Iris !" Morning Venus ! Marlee say. No response from Iris as she's rushing to get ready..As she sees who on the phone she immediately responds back" Morning Venus & Marlee " Aren't you suppose to be in the car by this time?" Venus says." Don't tell me you slept in on your first day of work?" Marlee says.Well here's the thing l might have or might have not slept through my alarm 3 times..."Not this again" both Marlee & Venus say not surprised that Iris is late to work."Look l'll call you both later got to go !"Bye all of them say. Matias woke bright & early at 6:23am like he always does. He brushed his teeth, made up his bed, got dressed, and had breakfast. Right about when he was leaving to go to work he got a call from his parents."Hello Matias !" Both his parents say. "Good morning, mom & dad. What surprise do you have for me now?" Replying. "Well we both wanted to know when you would set a date for you & Mariam...?" You both know that l am not marrying Mariam we've gone over this for awhile, l want to find love not be forced into marriage. This is not up for a debate son ! We have already made a deal & went over it with Marian's parents."Then you should inform them, that l will not be marrying there daughter & that is the end of the discussion no more talk of Mariam, we will discuss this when we meet for dinner later, goodbye." As he looks at the time he sees his late after how long that conversation went. He went rushing to the car, his attendance for not being late was like this for 5 years since he was 19 !
