Chapter 16 💛

Authors POV:

Jungkook runs going to Jimin's school.
After his shift in work, he immediately leaves and buy some flowers to give jimin , it doesn't matter if he win or lose what matters is he did his best and jungkook is so proud of him..
Jimin is getting ready at the backstage together with his classmates.. and he's nervous but the only thing on his mind is gave his very best to for his group and also to make his hyung proud of him even though he's already is..
They heard a loud noise outside.. everyone is cheering and jimin is looking forward to see his jungkook hyung being one of those people who's cheering ..  makes him more excited..

It's been a while since the program started and jimin is still looking out at the crowd trying to search for his hyung .. one by one they're being introduced and just in a few minutes the competition will start but Jungkook is no where to be seen.. jimin started getting anxious.. his hyung promise to be there to watch him and even said he'd be cheering for him but why he isn't there yet .. jimin tries to calm and just wait , he trust his hyung.. when the first group was called,  jimin heads back into the backstage..

Jungkook arrives and heavily breaths going on his sit.. luckily the performances is only the first group.
He's a bit late and he knows jimin is looking for him , he'll be going to cheer up the loudest so that he can make it up on jimin for being late a few minutes... jungkook met his mother on his way.. and tried to have some conversation but jungkook asked him to do it some other time because he has a very important thing to do , but jungkook's mother persisted and jungkook gave in but seokjin is just wasting his time, all of his saying is nonsense..

What do you think? It's been a long time since when we have this kind of talk.. I really missed it.. seokjin said

I'm sorry , I'm just very busy this past few months.. jungkook answers but he's really not in a mood.. he keeps looking at his wrist checking the time..
And seokjin knows jungkook going somewhere and he's waiting for him to say it but jungkook never did...

That flowers are so beautiful.. are you on a date?? Who's the lucky guy?
seokjin said smiling , jungkook got startled and nervous a bit but he keep his composure..

It's for a friend only .. I'm just going to congratulate him .. jungkook answers but not looking at his mom's face

It seems that friend is very important that you're rushing , it's just a friend right? but you act very suspicious to me ,  too obvious and nervous around me.. seokjin said

I need to go .. let's talk again some other time.. jungkook said and start leaving but pause when his mother said something..

That guy is looking way too young to be your boyfriend.. seokjin said

He's not my boyfriend .. right now , but in the future he will be.. jungkook said

Why're you hiding this to me ?? Why you can't just introduce him to me .. seokjin asked

It's not the right time for you to know him .. jungkook said and tried to walk but seokjin stops him

Kookie , it's not right you're not being honest to me .. I'm your mother, and let me tell you this , that guy I saw with you is only in high school ,  does his parents know about you and your relationship with him? I saw it in my own eyes , there's something between you two .. and it's not just a friendly thing .. I just don't want you to get into trouble seokjin said .. jungkook feels so mad knowing that his mother is being like this to him .. he likes that he is concerned but jimin is a different story.. he doesn't want anything from his mother's advice..
