Billie's pov:

"Hey Billie," Luna had said walking behind me on the line for lunch.

"Hey love what's up?" I asked grabbing a water and a snack for lunch. She grabbed an apple juice and a sandwich and followed me off the line to our table.

"Oh nothing, I just wanted to say hi, I feel like we haven't talked since the last time I was at your house which was like two days ago," she said. It's true we barely talked since Monday. I don't know why but we just haven't.

"Oh yeah I guess, sorry bout that," I said. She shrugged her shoulders and told me not to worry about it and that it wasn't that big of a deal anyway. I took a sip of my water as Luna started filling Nyla in on all the details about her and Melania.

Hearing Luna talk about what happened between her and Melania disgusted me and I couldn't stand to hear it. I almost got up and left the lunch room but I really didn't want to seem dramatic.

"So? You guys aren't back together?" Nyla sled.

"No shit, Melania's a psycho bitch that doesn't know when to stop," I said. I didn't even realize I had said something until Nyla stared at me with a confused expression on her face.

"Okay.. yeah we've gathered that," she said.

"Then why the fuck did you ask if they were together or not if you knew that Melania was a psycho butch that doesn't know when to stop?" I asked her. I gave her a little attitude and I honestly didn't mean it. I just really don't like Melania.

"I was just asking.." she said. I went back to eating my snack. Luna looked over to me and I pretended like I didn't notice. She put her hand on my shoulder and that's when I looked over.

"You okay?" she asked. I nodded my head.

"I'm fine, why?"

"You just seem a little.. off," she said. I shrugged my shoulders. "Seriously if you need to tal-"

"Im fine Howard," the way I said it came out a little harsher then I wanted it to. She took her hand off my shoulder and tucked her hair behind her ears. The lunch bell rang and Nyla and Caden started walking to their classes. Me and Luna walked together.

We sat in our usual seats which was in the back together. She got really quiet and I wanted to ask if she was okay but I left her alone. It was probably when I kind of snapped at her at lunch.

"Luna!!" Melania screamed from across the room. I rolled my eyes and rested my chin in the palm of my hand.

"Melania how many times do I have to tell you to get away?" she said.

"Until I finally listen," Melania said. She laughed it off and put her hand on Luna's shoulder. Luna pushed her hand off and made a disgusted face.

"Okay bye Luna, and Billie," she said eyeing me up and down. Once she turned around I started to flip her off.

"I'm seriously about to get a fucking restraining order," Luna said as she rolled her eyes.
