Lumine x Albedo

"So, do you understand?" Diluc had asked Lumine.

"Yes!" No, she didn't really understand but hey making drinks couldn't be that hard! 

"Okay, if you're unsure of a recipe just flip through this." He handed her a small note pad.

"It has tells you how to make a drink and the name of it so if you get stuck feel free to use this." Lumine nodded and thanked Diluc before he disappeared out the door.

Lumine had started to get the hang of memorizing orders and making them quickly. Sometimes she would mess up an order but it really didn't help when the customer was very vague about what they wanted, and things like 'I want something big and sweet!' or 'anything without milk' really didn't help. It was nearing the end of the day and the pub started to slow down. 

<I wonder what Paimon is going right now> Lumine thought of an answer and came to the consul soon that the fairy was probably bugging someone for fisherman's toast or a sticky honey roast. 

Suddenly a familiar figure enter the pub, the blond was instantly recognizable with his iconic hair and outfit. 

"Albedo!" Lumine called out from behind the bar. 

The alchemist smiled, "Hello Lumine! Might I ask why you are behind the bar tonight?" He questioned sitting in front of the honorary knight. 

"Well Diluc had some things he needed to do at the winery and I offered to help with the pub!" She answered with a smile on her face. Albedo could feel his cheeks get warm but hid it with a small cough. 

"Is there anything I could get you?" Lumine asked as she cleaned a glass carefully. 

"Hmm" the Alchemist though for a moment. 

"Just a black tea to go please" he gave his reply. 

"Okay! Would you like any milk or sugar with that?" Lumine asked as she put a jar of black tea leaves onto the counter. 

"No sugar is needed when your here" he said out of no where. Lumine couldn't help but blush, did she hear him correctly??? She would have never though if Albedo as the type of person to flirt, like at all.

"P..pardon?" She said with her face all red. Albedo looked just as flushed. 

"My apologies, it appears that my attempt to flirt has utterly backfired. I knew I should have asked Kaeya first but he would have questioned me further." He stood up and walked towards the door. 

"I shall see myself out" he said but before he could open the door Lumine had grabbed by the wrist. Albedo looked back at Lumine puzzled, didn't she want nothing to do with him anymore? I mean he tried to push their friendship to something more. Before Albedo could try and take his leave again Lumine spoke.

"Hey Albedo, if you were a vegetable you would be a cutecumber" She internally face palmed but it was worth it. Albedos face had returned to its tomato like colour. They both stood there in a comfortable silenced. 

"Would you-" 

"Do you-" They both spoke at the same time.

"You do first" Albedo said. 

"No you should" Lumine had insisted. Albedo took a breath before he spoke. 

"Would you want to come up to my campsite in dragonspine? We could sketch the hillichurls up there, only if you are comfortable though I wouldn't want to force you to-" Albedo was interrupted by a chuckle. 

"I would love to!" Lumine had said. 

"Then it's a date!" Albedo said before he left the pub.
