Josuke left Morioh many years later and joined the Speedwagon Foundation as a medic. He's also as a part-time caretaker to both Joseph and Shizuka. Before leaving, he entrusted Okuyasu, Yukako, Rohan and Koichi to take care of the town, and promised he'll come back to visit every month.
