Alright Super Gramps.Explain.Also Uchiha Massacre

It has been around 3 months since the reveal of everything to Naruto and Sasuke.They have been training everyday and they are currently High Chunin Level.Naruto learned the Shadow Clone Justu and used it to his advantage to get ahead of Sasuke but Sasuke had the advantage of Family.His brother Mother and even father after seeing his increase in strength have been helping him which has helped him to close the gap on Naruto.But little did they know that this night wild change a lot of things for them.After Coming Back from his Training with Naruto,Sasuke was running late so he used a bit of Chakra to run super fast.He reached the Compound only to see the guards and Everyone dead.He quickly ran inside to just in time to stop Itachi from killing his mother.Itachi haf already killed his father.Just watching all of his Clan members dead and  seeing his father die was enough to awaken the Mangekyo.

Sasuke catches Itachi's blade.He angrily and with tears in his eyes asks his brother.

Sasuke:Nii-san.Why did you do all of this!?!?!?

Itachi also with tears who very unsuccessfully tries to hide his sadness and sorrow and tries to say with a monotone voice.

Itachi:*sob*Sasuke.....I am *sob* sorry.... I can't tell you *sob* right now.But just know this.I love you little brother.After saying this,Itachi puts Sasuke in a Tsukiyomi or tries to.Becasue of his just awanked Mangekyo and training from Hagoromo,Sasuke is able to break out of it.

Sasuke:Nii-san,What are you going to do now?I believe you.You always looked out for me.I heard when you and father were taking about me.I just want to know what will you do from now on.

Itachi get suprised that he broke out of a Freaking Tsukiyomi,Replies.

Itachi:This is all for the good of the viallge.I will join Akatsuki.That is all I  can say.Thank you for understanding Sasuke.I hope you won't be a much of a hindrance to mother.After that,Itachi knocked Sasuke out and escapes the village.Sasuke's Mother who had gone unconscious from all of the stress is taken in the hospital with her son.

The Next Day..

Sasuke wake up in the hospital with his mother standing beside him waiting for him to wake up.She immediately hugs him says she is glad that he is alive and well.Sasuke says he needs to speak with Someone and heads to the Hokage's Office.

A few hours earlier....

Danzo was pretty mad that his plan to get rid of the Uchiha failed as with Mikoto still there,Sasuke will never go evil.He also doesn't know that the Nine Tails Jinchuriki has gotten stronger.He was trying to get the Hokage to kill Mikoto.But Hiruzen having enough of his BS,pulls put the evidence towards that Mikoto wasn't a part of us cū and she didn't try to rebel against the village.The deal that Itachi made was to kill everyone that tried to rebel against the village and that with Mikoto alive,she can be a valuable Shinobi and can help Sasuke with the Sharingan.Danzo having nothing to say Walks out from the office.Hiruzen had known about the ROOT.He had allowed it to process as it did the dirty work for the viallge but now that he knew that the ROOT helped in the Massacre and that Can do had many Sharingan stolen,He had a plan of his own.And it included the help of three people.The very three Dnazo tried to use for his benefit:Itachi Uchiha Sasuke Uchiha and his little ball of sunshine Naruto Uzumaki.

As Hiruzen sees Sasuke coming to the office.

Hiruzen:Speak of the devil.

Sasuke comes inside the office and DEMANDS to know the truth.Hiruzen tells him the truth.Sauske slowly begins to understand why Itachi did all of this.He also found out that if he had been just a second late,his mother would have died as well.He got another reason to thank his best friend now.After learning the truth,Sasuke starts to go out but Hiruzen tells him to come in and tells him the plan.Hiruzen also tells him to inform Naruto.

At their meeting place.

Naruto had heard of the Massacre and was worried for Sasuke but when he came with no unusual expressions and told him the truth and the plan,he couldn't have been more happy.As they were training,A Meteor of some sort landed near them.It created a crater and in that crater was boy looking 13 years old.Remember Naruto and Sasuke are 8.The boy then flies up and then lands near them.

Naruto:Hello?Who are you?

Toneri:My name is Toneri Otsosuki.

They immediately went on guard.

Toneri:I have sensed the Sage's Presence in you two.

Naruto:*thinking*Who the heck is this guy!?!?! Kurama do you know him?

Kurama:I think he is a descendent of Hamura.Old Man Explain!

Hagoromo then appeared in Naruto's Mindscape.He explained who Toneri is and why is he here.

Hagoromo:It is Because I have given half of my power to you two.He probably sensed it.You should tell him the truth.

After they explained why to Toneri,He then with no words flew off into space again.

Sasuke:What a weird guy.

Naruro:You can say that again.Lets continue Training?

Sauske:Sure.

So they did.After a few months,Mikoto found out about their training and found where Naruto lived so She offered to let him live at the Compound.Naruto said he didn't want to bother them but he couldn't stand against the fact that the Comoudn was supposed to be for hundreds of people and now there are only 2 left so it really wasn't a big deal.So with This.Naruto oficially see Mikoto as a mother figure.
