I looked at the other people that were surrounding us and saw a lot of familiar faces but not my cousins. My cousin, Na-eon was the one who always hung out with me and always cared but now she wasn't here with me like she should have been, i turned to Cheong-san and looked at him to see him already looking at me with a sad face "I'm sorry" he said and looked down "No... she can't be" I cried out, tears rolling down my eyes.
I can't live without her, i failed to protect her.
Flashback
Me and Na-eon were walking towards her house when we found a letter on the door, Na-eon picked it up and read it loudly so i could hear what was written on it.
"Dear Ji-min and Na-eon this is your mother and father, we decided to move away and start a new life without you. I know we will regret it later but there is no point having you anymore because you're almost 16 and you'll move away soon and Ji-min please protect her and keep her safe while we can't look after her"
Na-eon didn't think that her own parents didn't want her anymore after 15 years of living with them.
