Chapter Twenty One

Stevie's POV

I've been wanting to get a dog do i decided that I'll go to the animal shelter and get a dog in need that needs a loving home and apparently if I do this and people get photos it'll be good press for me but I don't really care about that, I was in some blue denim shorts and a loose cropped black jumper and some black vans I had my hair straightened and out, I ran downstairs Jai had his back to me so I ran up behind him

"Boo!" I shouted he jumped all the boys laughed at his reaction, he turned to me I just giggled and he picked me up and walked outside to the car, we got in and the others hoped in as well, I started to drive

"So where are we going?" Jai asked grabbing my hand and entwining our fingers

"To the adoption centre so I can adopt a dog or puppy" I said looking at him quickly

"Yay that means we have our own" Khloé said happily

"Also Hamlet will have a friend" Jai said I smiled and turned into the parking spot, we all got out and headed on side Jai had his arm around my shoulders, we got to the front desk

"Hi how can I help you?" She asked

"Well I'd like to adopt a dog or puppy so could I have a look around" I said she nodded

"Okay you can look at the dogs first then if you'd like the puppy's after only if you haven't found one" she said to me she let us through a door to this large room with cages going down they all had water, food, toys and large soft beds and of course had the information on the dog and things we walked down looking, I stopped at a German shepherd his name was Rusty and he was found in a back yard of a house he was abandoned by his owners and has trust issues

"He's gorgeous" I said and looked at Jai

"Well I think it's probably not best for you I mean he has trust issues which means you'll need to spend lots of time with him and with your schedule already hectic it will be hard" Jai said I turned to him

"your right" I said pouting, he was a gorgeous dog but I don't have the time to work with him especially if he can't be left with a carer because of his trusting issue

"Okay maybe puppies now" I said Khloé turned to me and nodded we walked thought it was the same but there were a couple puppies in each like siblings or one that get along, none of them looked like one I wanted we went to an outdoor place where there were, I looked around and noticed this little black and tan puppy, I let go of Jai hand walked near it, the puppy saw me and ran to me I sat on my knees and it cuddled on my lap, I saw it was a little girl I picked her up in my arms, she licked my face, I walked back and they noticed I had one

"Look at her" I said cuddling her close to me, they smiled

"Seems like you found the one" Beau said patting her, we walked back through to the lady and she brought out papers for me to sign, I went into a pet store and bought the things we need and got back in the car, Jai sat with her on his lap, we were waiting for the others because they went to get food for themselves and the dog

"So what's gunna be her name?" Jai asked me I looked at the puppy and thought

"Coco Chanel but Coco for short" I said he smiled and held her in front of him

"Well hello Coco" he said she made a noise and did a bark

"Oh Coco you like your name" I said looking at her she licked my cheek

"I take that as a yes" I laughed, everyone hoped in and Coco poped her head around the chair and looked at them

"Say hello to Coco Chanel but Coco for short" I said they all gave her a pat so she knew each of them and we headed back I dropped all the boy ps except for Jai and even Khloé left with them so it was only me, Jai and Coco, we got back and I got Cocos bed set up Jai was outside teaching her fetch which she learnt quiet quickly, we stayed outside till she was tired and got her to my room and showed Coco her bed amd took a photo of her and went on Twitter

I got in pjs and went back into the room Jai was laying on the bed shirtless I ran and jumped laying on the bed next to him

"I luuuuvvv you" I said cheekily and smiling

"I luuuuvvv you too" he said laughing and kissing my forehead, we put a movie on and about half way through I fell asleep on his chest.

Jai's POV

I looked down to see Stevie had fallen asleep, I picked her up and set her under the blankets turning the movie and lights off and getting in beside her, she cuddled me straight away, I looked down at her and moved a piece of hair out of her face

"I'm gunna miss this" I whispered lightly kissing her lips, falling into a deep sleep.
