"Hey, Ty!" I called over to him "Do you have all the supplies ready?"

"Almost, just packing up the last couple of things!" he called back.

Ever since Tyler came into our little group Eriks has been a little jealous, selfish too but don't tell him I said that.

"Alright just tell me when you're done!" I said

Erik doesn't like Tyler but that doesn't matter to me, we need to get as many people in our group as possible.

Maybe he's just jealous because Tylers is a better zombie hunter than him.

"Erik!" I yelled

"What?" He walked out of the cave we'd been staying in for the past couple of weeks.

"We're ready to leave so grab your stuff and meet us at the old oak tree," I told him.

"Fine, I'll be out in 5 minutes."

"Grumpy..." I whispered to myself. "Ty c'mon! We have to go to the old oak tree and wait for Erik!" I yelled over to him.

"Alright, I just finished so I'm ready when you are!" He called back.

"Okay let's go wait for him!" I told him.

We walked over to the old oak tree and sat down.

I must've dozed off because when I woke up Tyler was carrying me.

It looked like Erik had a blackeye so they must've fought.

I tapped Tyler's shoulder to let him know I was awake.

He stopped and put me down.

"Oh my god. Did we get the tarp?!" I asked.

"Of course I grabbed it!" Tyler assured me.

"Oh thank goodness!" I sighed.

"You worry way too much!" Tyler laughed.

We stopped at the opening of the forest to take a rest.

"Here we are..." I said.

"It looks creepy." Erik pointed out.

"I agree." Tyler breathed heavily.

"OMG!" I yelled and turned to look at them.

"What?!" They asked at the same time.

"You guys agreed for once!" I smiled then laughed.

"Yea, whatever." Tyler blushed.

"Anyway, let's keep going if we want to get out by dark!" Erik didn't sound too sure.

We started walking and then Tyler stopped dead in his tracks.

"A-are those what I think they are?" He asked

Erik and I both turned to look where he was looking.

"Ewwwww." I turned away in disgust.

"D-dead animals?" Erik asked.

"No man not the animals t-the humans..." Tyler pointed towards them and as you might guess... they were dead.

I turned back around, closed my eyes and grabbed on to Tyler for guidance because I didn't want to see any dead bodies.

"Ty," I said

"Hm? Yea what's up Addi?" He asked.

"Are there still bodies?" I threw up in my mouth.

"No Addi, we passed them a while back." He reassured me.

"Phew," I sighed and then opened my eyes.

We were almost at the end of the forest which I was glad about but it was starting to get dark so we had to get out fast.

"We should probably hurry." I pointed out "It's getting dark."

"Okay..." Erik sighed.

We hurried and ran to the end of the forest just to make sure we got out before it got too dark for us to see because I'm not even sure if we brought flashlights or not.

"Finally out!" I yelled in excitement because I had gotten so many bug bites and they were so itchy.

"Shhhh!" Both of the boys whispered.

"Sorry..." I murmured.

We started and down the hill, where we finally got out of the zombie-infested city? Or were there zombie's here too? I had so many questions but I knew the boys couldn't answer them.

"Ty," I said.

"What's up Addi?" He asked.

"I'm tired," I told him.

He stopped and let me get on his back.

"Thanks, Ty," I whispered in his ear.

I must've fallen asleep pretty quickly because it felt like we got there super fast.

"Addi, Addi wake up." Tyler put me down and hugged me till I woke up.

"Tch." Erik rolled his eyes and walked away.

"What's up with him?" Tyler asked.

"I'm not sure, don't worry about it though."

I walked over to Erik and sat down.

"What's wrong with you?" I asked making direct eye contact with him.

"Tyler, Tyler is what's wrong Addison."

Addison? He never called me by my real name...

"Whatever," I murmured, then I stood up and walked away.

Erik was probably just jealous since we added Ty to the group but he still didn't seem okay.

I ran Into Tyler's arms and started sobbing.

"Addi what's wrong?" Tyler asked

"Erik! He called me by my real name!" I sobbed.

"I'll go talk to him..." Tyler kissed my forehead and walked over to Erik.
