After that night when Hope came to watch a movie with Scott and Cassie, they both knew how they felt about each other. They had never let themselves realize it, especially after Germany, but they both knew. So after the weekend had ended and Cassie went back to Maggie and Paxton's house, Scott started thinking about Hope and decided he needed to talk to someone about it.

"Luis! I need help."

"Yeah what's up?"

"I don't know how to tell Hope I wanna be with her."

"oh i got you, you see when i told my ex i wanted to be with her i asked my cousin Ernesto what she likes because he had worked for her dad and he knew her pretty well, he was cleaning for them and he would see her room and-"

"Luis, wrong details, I didn't need to know that."

"Right right right right right, anyway she was into Morsey and you know how my family loves Morsey so I took her to my abuelita's restaurant and told her how I felt and she agreed to go on a date with me."

"So you're saying I should use what she likes and make a grand gesture?"

"yeah exactly bro."

"I feel like Hope would hate that."

"maybe."

"I'll figure something out. thanks Luis."

"anytime Scotty."

Luis left and Scott got to thinking about what he should do when he got a call from Hope.

"Hey, what's up?" he asked, answering the phone.

"We need you to get down to the lab, and bring the suit."

"yeah ok i'll be there soon." he hung up the phone and put on his ant man suit.

He shrunk down and hopped into a carpenter ant. When he got to the lab he found Hope outside with Luis's van.

"what's up?"

"we need you to go back to the quantum realm to collect some healing particles for Ava."

"yeah whatever you need." he smiled at her.

"Get in the van we need to go."

"Go where?" he asked, getting into the van.

"a parking garage, my parents are there setting up the equipment now."

"why there?"

"It's not as out in the open since we are using the smaller quantum tunnel." she motioned behind them to see the back side of the one that they had built in the van.

"cool." He looked back at her, seeing a faint smile in the corners of her lips. he could tell she was happy to be around him again.

"Scott, we need to talk."

"yeah we do."

"but not right now. at least not around my parents."

"yeah no. but later."

"definitely later."

They arrived on the top level of the parking garage.

"What took you so long?" Hank asked, "Never mind, I don't want to know."

Janet told Scott what to avoid and Hope gave him the device that would absorb the healing particles, then they sent him in.

"Alrighty Scott this is a mike check." Hank said, Scott said nothing back as Hank and Janet looked at each other as Hope's heart sank into her stomach.
