Chapter 2 - Paths of escape

Monokuma: good morning future victims, it is now 8am meaning you may now enter the school store and restaurant. Happy killing

It took a little longer then usual however I was able to get up from my bed, after the events of yesterday it really doesn't surprise me how unwilling my body is to get up. First we lost Chloe and then we lost John and with all the events that transpired between that well I feel a little apprehension is required. Eventually I did get out my room and as I walked to the canteen I noticed Lewis

Lewis: oh hey Faye

Faye: Lewis, it's nice to see you

Lewis: I do hope people show up this morning, with the first trial still in people's minds I'm worried that some of us won't be as trusting anymore

Faye: it's only natural really, for alot of people this is their first time seeing a body and for even more an execution

Lewis: I suppose as a detective you are used to seeing them as well?

Faye: unfortunately I am

The two of us kept chatting as we went inside the canteen where some of the others were

Harry: HEY FAYE

Janet: must you always be so loud?

Ozan: just how he is I'm afraid

Including myself, there were eleven students in here with fourteen alive and Sebastian and Leary unlikely to show there was one student missing

Faye: why isn't James here?

Jill: big brother left a minute before you arrived, he said he wanted to check something

Lewis: I don't think it's anything to worry about

Zara: I believe it's likely something relating to his killing game

Vicky: I'm not sure what it could be though

Derek: well I say we eat eat eat!

Adam: isn't exactly good to go in on an empty stomach

Alice: well the sooner the better

We all ate our meals, there were bits of idle chitchat but nothing that was all that important, eventually James entered the room

James: hey again everyone, hope I didn't keep you

Jill: it's ok big brother, we all understand

Janet: don't just make assumptions about all of us like that

Lewis: so what kept you from staying here James?

James: well it was something to do with one of my personal memories, you see I remember having access to multiple floors during my murder plan so I was wondering if the multiple floors had something to do with the class trials

Zara: that would make sense

Adam: would that mean you found another floor?

James: that I did, so I think we should spend today looking through it

Jill: I would love to find something new

Vicky: it couldn't hurt to at least look

Ozan: I need a place to chill after my last one well you know

Janet: well it's better then being here forever

Alice: then we are all in agreement, let's do this girls!

Harry: we might want to pair up FIRST

And so the students in the canteen decided on pairs I noticed James coming up to me
