*"I want you two to go to Pilgrims Path and then make your way to Tainted Forest!"

"What...?" Pure Vanilla and Dark Cacao both said.

"I know this is pretty sudden but I need you two to go."

Dark Cacao looked at Pure Vanilla and then back at HollyBerry, "Why not pick someone else...?"

"Because why not! Also you two need to talk to each other, and no one else wants to do it..."

"Fine..." Dark Cacao mumbled.*

Dark Cacao's pov—

"I never really got to know you, Dark Cacao."

"Hmm...?" I hummed.

It was a hot day outside as me and Pure Vanilla were walking together through Pilgrims Path, now this is the only time me and Pure Vanilla have ever gone on a mission together. Mostly because our personalities are pretty different, and we don't really communicate that well with each other. I mean I've known him for a while. He's nice and has great social skills, he's well known around the kingdom for his kindness and everyone loves him.

I'm the opposite of him, I'm not that nice to people unless I've known them for a while. I'm well known because I protect the kingdom from enemies but they don't praise me as much as they do Pure Vanilla. It's not like I want the attention but it'd be nice every once in a while.

I wonder what Pure Vanilla thinks of me...

"Dark Cacao?"

I looked down at Pure Vanilla who interrupted me from my thoughts, "Yeah?"

"Are you okay? You seemed pretty lost?"

"Yeah, I'm fine..."

He smiled slightly, "Do you wanna start some small talk? It's just really boring just walking in silence."

"Sure."

And after that me and him actually started talking to each other, I got to know more about him and he got to know more about me, he makes things not as awkward. I kinda know why people would always wanna talk to him...

"Hmm..."

"Is something wrong?" Pure Vanilla said.

I looked over in the distance and saw a group of Gink Goblins running towards us.

I sighed and took out my sword as they quickly approached us, I looked at them and in a matter of seconds I already defeated over half of their team, as the rest ran away.

I put my sword away too lazy to actually go chase after them. And I looked at Pure Vanilla who seemed pretty shocked, he walked towards me with a warm smile on his face. We then started walking side by side again.

"You were really cool, I never knew you could defeat more than half of a group in seconds. How come you never like...show that off to the kingdom?"

Pure Vanilla thinks I'm cool...

"Are you okay?"

"Uhh..yeah I'm fine. Um, I'm not the type of person to show off to people like that, you know?"

He nodded his head slightly, "But I never really knew why you never talked to anyone. I get that you're the person who wants to be alone but like..why?"

"I just don't like the company, it's weird to just talk to someone unless you already know them. But it's not like I talked to the people I knew anyways so..."
