Y/N admitted to herself that having a companion is fun. She's not lying about what she said to herself.
Being with Hanma was fun and cool. Stealing, break stuff, kill zombies and sometimes tease each other. Though sometimes he gets on her nerves which ended up Y/N punching Hanma's face.
As of now, they were on a beach in Shizuoka, watching the sunset. The stars and moon are soon to shine and rise.
"Hey!" Hanma called her.
"Hm?" she hummed while staring at the sky. Hanma sat beside her and looks at her.
"Thanks" he said.
"For the bandaid? Don't thank me, it was also me who caused that" referring to her slicing Hanma's thigh.
"You should also do something about my crotch that you kicked" he smirks.
She turns her attention to him and said:
"Do you wish to die?"
"Yes" he jokingly said.
"Okay" she was about to strangle Hanma to death but he explained that it was just a joke and she shouldn't take it seriously.
Y/N's mouth opened but she chose to close it. She wants to tease him about his birthday present to her but she shouldn't expect that.
No one celebrated her birthday, not even herself since she was so busy finding jobs to take care of herself. She could barely eat anything just so she could save up some money to go to Kyoto.
"Are you going to say something?" Hanma questioned.
"Nevermind, I forgot what I was about to say." she stood up and went to gather some branches for the bonfire.
"I'll be back soon, just need to gather some woods" she said but never turned her back to him.
"Take care! If you ever see a zombie, beat them till they experience their second death!"
She didn't respond and kept walking although she was listening to his words.
"She might have thought I forgot her birthday" Hanma chuckled under his breath. "Oh silly her~"
