This is not a love story.
This is the tale of a broken boy finding an as equally broken girl.
Sometimes, two broken people fit together like puzzle pieces from a different puzzle. It matches, somewhat. Perhaps it's the experience they both have with self-destruction, or maybe it's how they both look at life with nothing but contempt. However, their relationship causes more chaos and ruin than it invokes the safety they so desperately crave.
Sometimes, two broken people make a whole and there is no telling where one ended and the other began. There is no way of telling why they fit, they just do. They make each other better people. Perhaps it's because broken person one wants to be what broken person two deserve, or maybe it's because broken person two can't bear to watch a broken person kill themselves slowly. It works the way the world works, in mysterious ways.
You can't control what the outcome will be.
You can't manifest a happy ending.
All you can do is live and let fate decide whether you live happily ever after or fall victim to your own lethal ways.
Remember, as you read: this is not a love story. It will never be a love story. Don't hope, don't wish, don't dream. Go in without expectations. Let yourself be guided in the same way the broken boy and the broken girl were guided too and meet them in the middle.
