Klaus P.O.V.
I walk into the compound and see dead bloody bodies and in a corner I see Marcel holding my daughter, his expression was sad his people dead "I was too late... there should have been more time" he said his expression was sad as he looked around "looks like the wolves came back and finished what they started" I state he looks at my unnamed daughter "you took my daughter so I would heal you and your friends... here" I walk towards him and offer him my arm "this bite... all this... I know it didn't come from nowhere. This is the last note in a song that I started a century ago... when i brought your dad to town... and for that I am sorry" he said looking up at me I could see he was actually sorry so I come closer and kneel beside him. "No... you saved my child's life, Marcel. For that, you deserve this" I reach my arm towards him once again only this time he takes it and he is healed from the nasty werewolf bite on his neck. When I take my hand back I hear my baby cooing "may I" Marcel looks at me then hands me my baby
'she is so beautiful and so cute she has my eyes' I think to myself "hey there I'm klaus your dad" she just looks at me, Marcel gets up from the floor and stand next to me and he smiles when my daughter turns to look at him

Y/n P.O.V.
We take one of the witches and Chain her up to a wall "why?" Hayley asks the witch "the ancestors left me no choice" "you were willing to sacrifice an innocent baby for more power" "oh not just power... it was the ancestors decree it was her decree" I got angry so I grabbed her by the neck and asked "it was whose decree?" "I'm surprised you have to ask haha, after all Elijah is the one who convinced his siblings to consecrate her in New Orleans soil" "Esther" I let go of her and turn around to look at Elijah "so not even death can stop my mother from seeking the annihilation of her own flesh and blood" he says rubbing his temples "this isn't the end, as long as that child lives the witches of New Orleans will never stop coming for it, Esther will never stop coming for it... it has been decreed. Your baby will be consecrated among her ancestors she will not live... they're coming for me I can feel it I've failed them" blood is coming out of her eyes as she cries "please, understand I just wanted to live. Tell klaus...I'm sorry" she coughs up blood then Hayley walks up to her and stabs her with a nife and says "I'm not" Hayley walks past me and I see the witch fall to the ground then I follow Hayley.

We arrive at the mikaelsons compound where Hayley asks klaus where her daughter is "she's upstairs in the nursery" she sprints upstairs and u slowly follow her well Elijah tells klaus what the witch told us.
When I reach the nursery Hayley is sitting in a rocking chair and has her baby in her arms I bring a chair that was in the other corner of the room and sit next to Hayley "she's beautiful" she says "she looks just like her mother" I say looking down at the baby then looking up at Hayley, Hayley looks up at me and smiles than gives me a kiss "thank you" she says "for what?" I ask completely confused "for everything" I look at her "I should be thanking you for saving me that night and every day after" I kiss her cheek

After a few minutes klaus and Elijah come upstairs and sit outside the room
"they will never stop"
"No they won't" Elijah agrees
"nor would I expect the Guerrera wolves to back down, Hayley and the child are wolf royalty and as such they are a threat to fracesca's claim to leadership they will never be safe" we turn to look at them as we overheard their conversation then I look back at Hayley to see a worried expression "hey it will be ok I won't let anything happen to you of your baby. Ok?" I say trying to confort her "ok".

They keep talking about making this house into a fortress and leaving New Orleans when Hayley gets up and walk out of the room to talk to them "there is a third option, I grew up in a war zone my parents thought they could protect me, but in the end they were slaughtered and I spent my child hood alone and unloved." She looks down at the still unnamed child and smiles before speaking up again "I made a promise to my baby and to myself... that she would not grow up like I did. That she would grow up safe and loved, and yet here she is on her first day in this world with a grandmother that is bent on sacrificing her and a mother that has to drink the blood of her own baby to survive transitioning into a hybrid, and I'm the one who lives her the most." Her voice breaking as she speaks so I walk up to her and try to confort her "I think the only thing to do is send her away while we stay behind and clean up the mess that we've made." She says well looking at her daughter "No. this is insane. You heard Genevieve. So long as she lives, that baby will be hunted." Elijah says "not if no one knows she lives" klaus states well standing up from where he was. I look at him confused and I'm about to ask him what he means but Elijah speaks before me "what is it you intend to do, brother?" "Whatever it takes to save our family." "And what are you planning to do?" I ask "you'll find out soon" and with that klaus walks away

A few hours later I'm walking down a street and stop to see pictures of people who I'm guessing are dead since people are crying and leaving flowers and candles, I look at all the pictures and I see a piece of paper inside a frame saying "In memory baby Mikaelson" so I run back to the house to see klaus "this was your plan? Putting a piece of paper in a frame and leaving it in the street so people would see it" "yes this will stop people from coming after her, so now we get her out of New Orleans" well we were talking about his plan we Camille come in "klaus, your baby?" "She died" he said and I walk away to let them talk

Klaus P.O.V

"a few hours after the Guerrera attacked" I said "this is... this is all my fault" she blames herself I feel bad lying to Camille and I just want to tell her the truth but I can't for my daughter's safety "I can assure you it is not" I say "No. If I had not hesitated I could have uncoverd Francesca's plot in time to stop it" "and how would you have stopped the coven of witches in league with her?... no if anyone is to blame, I am" I state "I am so... so sorry" she needs to stop apologizing I just said it isn't her fault. I turn around to look at her "Camille I appreciate you being here, but we cannot be friends" "what?" She asked confused "you helped me pegged from the start, a man damaged by his demons, and those demons are not dormant, they are hell-bent on killing me and everything I find beautiful... and you... you are beautiful. Please, please just go" "klaus" she tries moving towards me but I step back "please go Camille." I say to her, She takes a step back and turns around and runs out leaving me alone.

Y/N P.O.V
I went up to the nursery to look for Hayley and surely she was there holding her daughter "hey" I say slowly walking over "hi" she smiles at me and when I get to her she gives me a quick peck on the lips "have you decided on a name for her yet?" I ask "klaus and i have talked about it and her name is Hope Andrea Mikaelsons" she says looking down at the baby in her arms "that's a beautiful name" I smile and look down at hope "I was thinking what if I take her somewhere safe? I have a safe house I can take her there" I ask her, she just looks at me then speaks up "I would like that, but I have to ask klaus first." I just nod

About an hour later klaus comes into the nursery
"y/n said she has a safe house she can take hope to and she will take care of her" Hayley tells klaus "where is this safe house?" Klaus questions me "I can't tell you that because if i tell you that and someone finds out she will be I danger" klaus thinks about it and says "fine but Rebekah is going with you" I nod in agreement

It's now dark outside and I see Hayley putting a letter in a backpack then she goes to get hope and Elijah pricks her little thumb well Hayley looks away and hope starts crying, then Hayley takes her small hand and kisses it well drinking the small amount of blood her little thumb.

As a part of klaus' plan Klaus leaves the house to go to where they set up the frame to "mourn" his daughters "death" after he comes back we wait a few hours then Hayley and I go, she took flowers and left them by the frame. Then Elijah goes to "mourn" the baby, well klaus, Hayley and I are waiting for Rebekah so we can take the young mikaelson to the safe house. When Rebekah pulls up I turn to look at Hayley and see she's crying "hey don't cry we will see each other soon ok?" She nods and I kiss her. "Thank you for this" she says "you don't need to thank me I am happily doing this"she nods and kisses me again "time to go y/n" Rebekah says "ok, see you soon" I say and start to walk away but Hayley grabs my arm so I turn to look at her and she says "I love you" I stare at her in shock, I didn't think the first I love you was going to be said in times like these. She looks worried "Oh God I shouldn't ha-" "I love you too" I say as i cut her off not letting her finish her sentence, I smile at her and she kisses me again "young love is a magical thing, don't you think?"klaus says to Rebekah "it is indeed brother" Hayley and I break the kiss and I walk towards the car and klaus hands hope to Rebekah and I say goodbye to klaus. Once hope is secured in her car seat I look back at Hayley once more before getting in the car and driving away. Once we know klaus and hayley can't hear us Rebekah asks "where to?" I look at her then at hope and say "Riverdale"
