The car rumbles as the older mysterious stranger, Tony, continues to drive on the uneven road. The silence is loud between Francis and Tony as Francis remains with himself and the thoughts in his mind. Francis is all over the place at this moment with his mind scattered everywhere as different possible outcomes come into mind; he doesn't know what he was thinking to going into a strangers car, especially a man's car. Tony was his only hope of ever leaving the endless grassy field road in the middle of nowhere. But now, all of these thoughts and harmful idea is being thought of about what Tony could do to him. Especially with their heated argument from before, Francis is spiraling and he had to seek in his own hidden way to find out.
Francis is very observant about things, especially people. When growing up, he like to observe people; not in a stalking way, of course. He remember going to functions and events with his family and would usually observe the different types of well dressed "important" people and what they have going on with their personal lives. Francis has never been or ever wanted to be in the limelight like the rest of his extroverted family, so he stayed in the background. He has never been the main focus in life for anyone to notice him in anyway possible. When starting College, he never thought that he would receive so much attention, let alone be seen by so many people.
Though, Francis likes having the superpower to be invisible; this makes it easier for him to observe the people. He would listen to people's lengthy stories about their love life or possibly their affairs, and he would always look at their face and body language. Francis always know if somebody is lying or how they're feeling due to his observant talents.
Francis could always read into somebody with an one-hundred percent accuracy. Up until now. When first meeting with the older man, Francis couldn't get anything out of him. "He looks like an average looking man," Francis thought looking thoroughly, "I could tell that he's hungover by the smell of the beer on his hot breath."
Through, something felt missing when puzzling the pieces of the mysterious stranger as Francis could continue to think in his mind and he wanted to find out what. The man interested him in many different ways. Of course, the man may be a convicted serial killer with a decomposed dead body that's currently rotting in the back of his truck. But there could be something more to him like another side of him that he isn't showing. That's what he wanted to find out.
Francis decided to take a side eye glance trying to be unnoticeable towards the older muscular man driving. It wasn't working; Francis couldn't get a good look of him. He decided to shift his body towards the vision of Tony still trying to be invisible to him like a chameleon. He looks at the older man as Tony is focused on the road; Francis looks at the side of his face, specifically his sort of sharp jaw line. Tony had a nice side profile, Francis would admit; Tony was an overall handsome man from his nice looking sculpted face all the way down to his athletic built body. Francis couldn't stop staring at the older handsome man while being confused on his current feelings.
Being distracted by the man's muscular body, Francis didn't know that Tony has shifted his gaze from the road to him. When Francis met his gaze with his dark brown eyes, his face flushed red before immediately facing the window while feeling every ounce of embarrassment. He thought that he was invisible, but the man noticed him; he never really suspected that. He doesn't have the strength to back around to look at him. All he could do is look at the car window, watching the endless fields of green grass.

Tony's gaze is now back into focus towards the road after the quick eye contact that both men had shared only moments ago. The younger man, Francis, has now set his eyes towards the car window after quickly after everything. Tony thinks about the quick moment that they shared; he thought about how he caught Francis in the act of looking at him, practically gluing his eyes towards Tony nice looking body (or at least that's what he thought Francis was doing). The feeling of a person basically worshipping his amazing muscular body was something that he enjoyed. The ladies lusting over him with envy while he walks by filled Tony with a sense of pride yet cockiness.
