Gods of Delta

Prologue

In the beggining there was nothing but darkness. Then at sudden three orbs appeared, they roamed around the empty space. All of it was formless and desolate. Then all of the sudden one of the lights branched out, glowing lines started expanding around the orb of light. The orb wished for something to see with, thus it got its eyes , but all was still too dark. "I wish to see" commanded the orb, and the space around it that was once dark and empty was filled with a blinding white light. I wish to have an embodiment, it spoke out into the void. Then lines around it started forming a shape, a pattern of endless chasing. The lines went up and down and left and right, round and round in circles until they formed a solid shape. Then all of the sudden a big explosion commenced. Out of it arose a creature standing proud and strong. It wished for something to stand with, thus it got its legs. It wished to have something for its eyes to rest on, thus it got its head, it wished for something to feel the empty space with, thus it got its arms, and finally a torso was made to connect it all. But something was missing, it need a name to call itself with. So it named itself Vita. Her body was plain white with black patches all over. Her skin was smooth and her head was half white and half black with vertical eyes standing at the sides. She touched the space around her , it was all dark and empty. She observed the hollow space and what caught her eye were the three glowing orbs standing next to each other in unison. 'Reveal yourselves' commanded Vita. One by one they started exploding with very bright bursts of light. They all embodied what Vita looked like, but they were all much different in their own way. "it is way too empty here, there's a lot to be done" said one of the orbs in a deep voice that echoed loudly. "Who are you?" said Vita concearningly. As she turned towards the voice, she saw a pitch black figure, his muscular body had a rough texture and he had two black horns at the top of his head, and thought he looked terrifying at first he had a warmth in his yellow eyes. "My name is Sator, I've been observing all that you've done and though I am grateful, I still long to use my gift to help you in your quest, the only thing I ask for is your permission". Vita nodded proudly/ Out of nothing he made one giant orb, similar to the one he once was. He split it in two parts. The first part was made of a solid, brown hard surface. The second was a pure clean sky with a bright blue color. Thus the first planet was born and it got the name 'Delta'. Sator later gave the planet mountains, rivers, deserts and all that would help the planet grow. Vita and Sator observed the planet for a while and let it run its course, but yet they thought something was missing. They came to the conclusion that the planet needed living creatures to roam around the planet and admire the things that Sator had made. Creatures that would help the planet grow. Thus Sator took a peace of the ground, destroyed it and out of the chaos and destruction made the first creature ever, the human. But instead of admiring the space around it, the beautiful creature layed lifeless on the ground. Not knowing where they went wrong Vita looked at the other glowing orbs and asked them for guidence. One of them answered 'My name is Animo, what these creatures need is a conceous mind dear goddess '. His body consisted of dark blue and black gasses that formed a defined shape. He was like a walking thunderstorm. He jumped on to the planet and crouched down to the human that Sator had made. He formed a pinch shape with his claws and took out two blue orbs out of his head. He gave each of the figures one glowing orb. 'Move my children' said Vita. And so they started walking but they kept crashing into other things on the ground. 'Well they need to be able to see don't you think?' Animo said as he looked at Sator 'Very well' he answered. And so Sator gave them eyes. The figures looked petrified, they walked around the place and explored but still had a sense of uneese. A big red figure lunged in front of all the gods, her long braided hair flowed through the air 'observe' she said. She opened her hands and closed her eyes. Red lines started coming out of her fingers and headed at the figures. Two lines pierced their ears, one line pierced their nose, one line pierced their mouth one line pierced their eyes. And finally one went up their hands through their entire body. Vita froze the figures in place. 'What did you just do' Vita asked with concern. 'I gave them something to perceive this wonderful world you've created' Gan said with a smile on her face. Vita simply nodded and wondered what would follow next, she took out a glowing orb out of her chest and threw it on the ground, it created a deep hole in the ground. And there Vita saw Naira sitting in the empty hole in the ground crumbled up while hugging her knees and crying tears that turned into ice as it hit the ground. Yet she looked beautiful amongst all the chaos around her. Her body was light brown, patchy and dry at some places. Her long green hair hugged her entire body. Vita showed compassion and came down to the hole in the ground and sat beside her to comfort her. Vita asked Naira what she was crying on about. Naira entrusted to her that she was saddened about how empty this planet was and tho it had life it need more flaura and fauna. Vita wasn't sure what those words meant but she trusted Naira because she saw a spark in her, a desire for change, so she gave her permission to do whatever she pleases. Naira put both her hands on the ground and smashed the ground so that it would crumble. She lifted her hands and out of the cracked space sparked a big brown tree with colorfull florescent leaves. She took big loud steps on the ground jumping from one foot to the other and everywhere she went trees, grass, flowers and plants started sprouting out of the ground. She kept jumping from one foot to the other all over the ground and filled the whole planet with nature in her own vision. It was colorfull, grim, bold and exatcly what she envisioned. When she looked at what she had created she started crying once more. But this time from one of her tears she created a little godess called Arya and from another tear she created Anya. They both looked at their mother and nodded their heads knowing what they had to do. Naira smashed her hand into the ground and created holes and tunnels throughout the planet Delta. Arya jumped into those holes and started pacing through them. As she ran through them water started filling the tunnels. She ran until the water was much too large and she could swim through it still doing her duties. Anya burst upwards and levitated in one place, she started blowing wind from her mouth and thus filled the entire planet with air. Then, when she finished filling one territory with air she made a cloud to rest on. And by the time she filled the entire planet with air there were clouds around every corner. Anya and Arya proudly came to their mother and informed her they had finished their duties, Naira patted both of them on the head and simply said 'I'm very proud of you both" as she smiled. Vita interupted the sweet encounter and offered Arya and Anya to join the rest of them as gods and help them fill the rest of this empty space, Arya and Anya didn't even stop to think and they immediately decided to accept. Naira tuned to Vita with a saddened look on her face 'Even after all of this I...I still feel like something is missing but I can't quite figure out what it is'. 'Hmm...I know what might help' Vita took out another glowing orb out of her chest and threw it on the ground and from there a God by the name Khan was made, he came up behind Naira and whispered in her ear saying 'I know what to do'. Naira stood in shock seeing a giant manlike creature with scaley green skin with different patches of texture all over his body talk to her in such a deep chilling voice. Khan put his hand out, it had long claws on every finger. And with his sharp claw he took out a part of his skin and threw it on the ground so effortlessly. A loud scream was heard from the patch of skin and it was followed by a bright yellow hue. Out of it came a creature standing on four legs and looking very much similar to the way that Khan looked. It was a dark black color, it's head was big and his eyes were black as night with a little white dot in the centre, from his eyes went two thick lines what wrapped around to the back of his head and between them laid a big white horn. His hands had dark blue claws that were as sharp as Khan's. It bowed down and looked at Khan, 'My first and proudest creation, I shall call you Axen'. Khan made more and more of them and as time went on his creations started getting more diverse. He made creatures that were both big and small, scary and pleasing. He made over 700 types of animals and laid them all right there on planet Delta. Later on, the other gods completed their creation of the first human. Then later on they made even more humans, when there were over a hundred of them they tasked the humans to reproduce on their own, and so they listened to the Gods. Over the years the gods made more changes to Delta and once they thought their creation was complete and fully realised they wanted to branch out and make other planets and expand the empty space they were once in. But Khan reccomended to Vita that all the Gods should give a fraction of their power to a few selected humans so that they may carry on their legacy on Delta and help the planet run it's natural course as they protect each and every human .Vita liked the idea and commended the other gods to do so. Sator gave one human the power to make any substance into whatever they desire, they could cut the tree that Naira made and make it into a sword if they wished to do so. Sator tasked this human to continue on his legacy and create anything they desire and to always give more for humans to look at and admire. Animo gave one human the power to read minds and control them one at a time and also throw their conceousness into another human body, Animo tasked this human to help control the population and defeat any other human that would wish to seek destruction on this beutifull planet. Gan gave one human the power to see more then any other human, hear more then any other human, feel more then any other human... Gan tasked this human to protect the population and use their advantages for good. Naira gave one human the ability to control, communicate and feel the nature that she created all around the planet, she tasked to protect the santient things she had created and never let it die out. Her first daughter Anya gave one human the power to control and breathe the water she created, she tasked the human to protect the oceans, rivers and seas and to not leave the water as much as possible. Arya gave one human the ability to soar through the air and control any winds and currents they wanted, she tasked to protect this thing because it is the essence of all human life. When it came to Khan he didn't want to give up his power, he told Vita he would stay on earth and protect the humans but all he told her were lies. Khan stayed on Delta and created more and more creatures to terrorize the humans, he would turn into any creature he pleased to hide among them. KHan wanted to rule the planet Delta and all the other gods for he thought Vita was not worthy of the power of life. Vita saw his demise and what he was plotting while they were away. You see, Vita gave Naira and Khan a fraction of her power of life because she saw good in them but now she realised she was mistaken about Khan. She stripped away Khans power and froze him in time and dammed him very low below the ground to the very core of the planet where he would stay for eternity and feed the planet as punishment. Vita still saw potential over this power though, so she gave one human the power to transform into any creature they desired for it would rule out and control any creture of Khan that would seek destruction. When it came to Vita she decided it was best to keep the power of life to herself, for she thought this power was too much for a human to handle. Vita told all 7 of them to protect the planet and its residents. They would never age and never die for they were the soul protectors of humanity. They bowed down do Vita and she gave them all a last smile and a last goodbye. The gods left on to do bigger things.
