This is just to get a few disclaimers out the way. I hope that all of us can enjoy this little OC X Vanitas fic, alongside some possible casual OC X All characters situation.
This fic is an attempt to organise my writing skills. I write between my days of academic assignments and periods of self-loathing, like most people on this website, so if you choose to stick around, thank you so much for your patience. <3
The setting is late 1880s Paris, a year before the events of the actual show. I have not read the manga yet, so I'm going off of historical evidence from the show and it seems like this is the time period. All or any factual errors or inconsistencies in the world-building are my faults alone, so I apologise beforehand.
This universe has something called a blood brothel. it's basically the same thing as a brothel, but vampires can pay extra for feeding services. Usually, the service is an add-on, but sometimes, a vampire only pays for someone to feed on. I used to read a lot of vampire fics back in the day with this setting, so I wanted to try it this time. ( * . *)
