He blinked, his hand loosening from her. He pulled away, his jaw clenched with stress his eyes watering from thoughts that Sara didn't want to know.

*Ring* his phone disturbed them, vibrating in his pocket, he pulled it out frowning at the caller's name. Vanessa's doctor...

He picked it up, glimpsing with a hateful and angry look towards Sara. She looked away, cursing the phone to have rung in this particular time.
"Liam, don't give your gf stress" the man said on the other end of the line.
"Dr Harry, why would I give my gf stress? Especially in her state.."
The line was silent for a while then Harry cleared his throat.
"She was stressing, you need to take more care of her, you idiot! If anything happens to her after my warning I'm not responsible."
"Alright.." Liam said rolling his eyes.
"Don't give her unnecessary problems to think about either"
"But-"
Harry's voice angered,
"But what? You got yourself into this mess. Tell me what is your problem..!"
"I ... I go-got my ex ...pre-"
"WHAT!?" Harry shrieked defeaning Liam.
"I know .. she told me just now... " Liams voice grew sadder,
"What should I do?"
Harry was silent.
"I will call you later," he added aggressively, hanging up on Liam.

Sara looked up at him, and he looked at her.
"What is wrong?" She asked, putting on a face of curiosity.

"Well, miss Sara if you need reminding we aren't dating anymore, this has created an issue for my current gf..."
"Vanessa is a smart girl-"
Liam cleared his throat, indicating that there was more to the story.

Sara put a horrified expression on her face, trying not to laugh.
"Liam! Is she...?"
He looked down guilty, pleasing Sara.
"Oh dear ..." She sobbed, sounding weak. He looked up at her, putting his arms around her waist and pulling her to his chest.
"Don't worry, Sara. I will figure something"
Sara leaned her head on him, anger bubbling inside her.

He kissed her head gently,
"How long have you been hiding this?"he asked
Sara pulled away.
"I didn't want to worry you and Vanessa, but the Dr said that the father has to be informed for legal reasons..." She looked down.

Meanwhile, as the students came inside he got a text from Vanessa's Dr.

Dr Harry: Liam, have you took Vanessa?

Liam: no why?

Dr Harry: she is missing from the hospital...

Liam:what? Are you sure?

Dr Harry: I'm not that kind of joker. It's serious. I don't know where she is and her recent report wasn't good at all

Liam: I will find her ...
