theo stumbled out the office room ashtray behind him, whilst the toddler rubbed his eyes with the back of his hand.

"mama tired." he lifted his arms waiting on her to pick him up. she walked towards him and placed him on her hip.

"thanks for watching him." ashtray nodded at her as the littlest smile crept up to his face.

"pizza?" theo mumbled in her neck. as they walked outside.

she looked down to answer before being interrupted. "castio!"

she turned around facing the voice. it was fez. he came out with a small box.

"here." he breathed out handing her a box of fruit roll ups. the face in her neck pulled up and looked down at the box. she went to speak again and while she was interrupted, again.

"roll up!" theo said wiggling from her hold, only she wouldn't let him down. "mama roll up! roll up!" he reached his arms out for fez, who handed her the box and took theo in his arms.

"mama please roll up."

"you haven't had dinner yet, and you've had snacks all day. come on let's go home and eat and i'll give you one."

"promise?" he asked gently.

"i pinky promise." his arms retracted from fez's hold as he held his arms back out for her.

"thank you fez." she said, fez looked at her with the strangest expression.

"you all good ma." he had never seen her like that, gentle. she was always tense when talking to anyone even if you had known her since birth.

"say thank you theo."

"thank you frez." not bothering to correct him he nodded before slowly backing away.

"i'll see you?" he asked scratching the back of his neck.

"definitely."

andrea stood outside of the car door pulling theo out of his seatbelt.

"andrea." someone called from behind her. she pulled him out fully placing him on her hip.

she turned around and saw janice there. "hi janice." she closed the back door walking over to the other side pulling the pizza box out.

"do you need me to watch him tom-"

"no thanks."

"don't you have work?"

"yea."

"and andrea pizza again? why don't you start cooking for him pizza is not healthy-"

"i'll see you." she walked away not bothering to answer. "andrea, this is why i'm telling you to tell him about her. you can't be as carefree with him,  he needs his mother-"
