Out of panic I hurry off back to the bar and sit in the exact same spot that I was in when I met Lukas. For now this was fine. The club had gotten a little more packed so maybe he'd have a harder time finding me. I swing myself around in the bar stool and stop myself once I'm facing the actual bar. Well, mostly just the table. I couldn't see much of anything else because of the huge guy infront of me. At first I mistook him for a bouncer and immediately started making up explanations for whatever I could've been in trouble for in my head. I stopped once I noticed he was wearing the same outfit that Lukas had on. He was just another bartender.

He held out a glass to me which I politely pushed back towards him. He didn't seem bothered. He just nodded and put the glass away. I had to stop to think. .Man, this club really attracts a lot of different types of people. For once I turn around and actually pay close attention to the crowd infront of me. The more I looked the more out of place I felt despite seeing how everyone differed from eachother. From the expectations I had before I came in. I don't remember how long I was there for, but after a while of me spacing I saw a body steo infront of me, putting a shadow over me. I looked up to see that it was Lukas.

"You're back here?" He said with a chuckle.

"Yeah. What wrong with that?"

"Connor would've found you so quick.. I held him back for about 10 minutes. I came to tell you that he's getting ready to come get you."

". .Is it really that bad of a hiding spot?"

"Are you serious?"

I sighed and tried not to look too hurt before getting up and taking a look around. Looks like I'm gonna need a better spot.
Just when I was about to start moving, Lukas practically slammed me back in my seat. He was looking over at the stairs

"Hold on a second.."

I couldn't exactly see what he was seeing, but I could use context clues. When he was done looking, he turned his head back to face me.

"I'm getting ready to get back to work, but how about you swerve through the crowd and get up there to one of them rooms."

And he was off to move behind the desk. The buff guy who was there earlier had already dissappeared, leaving everything to Lukas. I was about to get up again when he once again pushed me back down.

"Hold on. Go to the RIGHT stairs.
Oh, and opening them doors is like playing russian roulette so be careful."

I nodded and with that I was off. The crowd was a little hard to get to, but I wasn't complaining. That meant that Connor for sure couldn't see me. He'd probably be too drunk to see anybody clearly.
I practically flew up the stairs and behind one of the pillars above them. I peered downstairs to make sure no one familiar was looking up then carefully made my way to one of the doors Lukas was talking about. All of them were a deep Maroon color with big hearts skillfully carved into each one. I reached for the doorknob and turned.

Locked.
On to the next one.

    Locked.
On to the next one.

. . .Locked.
And it went like that for fucking forever. The ones that weren't looked were occupied. I obviously didn't want to try to hide in those one.

I was getting ready to give up when FINALLY. One that wasn't locked nor had people in it. I ran in as quick as I could and closed the door behind me.
