The Moon and the Sea

Sea Fairy shot up out of bed and looked at her alarm clock. "Oh no! Pure Vanilla might not be at home when I get there!" Sea Fairy's was worried. Again. She had just realized that she had ditched Pure Vanilla and Dark Cacao's wedding. She felt horrible. Moonlight had told her the location of her home before they peacefully drifted off in each other's arms. Sea Fairy quickly threw on her beautiful dress and headed off the Moonlight's home. She could've drowned in guilt while she was riding her water pillar there. She had overslept and who knows what Pure Vanilla would think of her if she didn't see him quickly. She knocked on Moonlight's door anxiously and heard Moonlight's voice say "I'm on my way!" For some reason, Sea Fairy hearing Moonlight's voice calmed something inside of her, and her heart rate quickly dropped. She almost started to zone out. She remember the singing and dancing her and Moonlight had done in real life, and while Dreaming. It was all so wonderful, and it had felt especially wonderful when she had picked up Moonlight and pulled her into a kiss. Moonlight had finally made her feel like the entire world wasn't against her. That one second that they kissed felt like 10 years. But not because it was boring, or because she wanted to get out of it, but because it felt like their first real kiss. Picking up her darling that thought she was about to break up with her, and surprising her with the loveliest kisses they'd ever had. Oh and the dancing, it was all so wonderful. She wanted to do it all again.

"I'm on my way!" Moonlight shouted, throwing on clothes that made her look somewhat presentable. Moonlight had just awoken from the best dream she had ever had, and was still rubbing things out of her eyes when she opened the door to see... Sea Fairy?? Oh that's right, she had said she needed to talk about something. Moonlight went red, knowing this might be the end of their relationship, she silently manifested for that to not happen. While her mind was tangled in stars and waves, she felt Sea Fairy, kissing her on the lips? She embraced Sea Fairy and kissed her on the cheeks. "Isn't this the pleasant surprise!!!" Said Moonlight. She was trying her hardest to keep her absurd amount of excitement from showing. "Come sit down my darling!" Moonlight cookie went over to get some breakfast jellies for Sea Fairy. She also considered changing into an outfit, but decided it would be more romantic for Sea Fairy to come into her room and help her pick out that outfit. Moonlight practiced walking into the room Sea Fairy was in multiple times, and in all of her practice she had assumed that Sea Fairy would have her head in the air with her beautiful hair waving. But when she walked in, Sea Fairy had her head in her hands, and it almost looked like she was crying. Maybe moonlight was right.. Moonlight started trying to think of ways to cheer her up. "Do you want anything else to eat?" "Should I go change really quick?" "How has your day been so far?" These were all questions Moonlight was asking Sea Fairy. All of Sea Fairy's responses were either, "No" or "Fine." Moonlight started to get seriously worried. Had something bad happened at home? She decided to ask Sea Fairy. "Darling, please tell me, what's wrong. I won't be mad."

 Sea Fairy responded with "I feel bad... About ditching the wedding, it was a special time for them, and I don't know if they will forgive me..." "Oh sweetheart, Pure Vanilla will understand, why don't we go over to his palace and apologize to him, it will help you feel better darling." Moonlight said. "Okay" Sea Fairy responded with. "Then I must make haste to get out of here, help me pick my dress will you?" Moonlight said. "Of course darling!" Sea Fairy replied. First Moonlight tried on Primordial Light, Sea Fairy said it would look better at night, then she tried on Milky Way, and Sea Fairy loved it. Sea Fairy was just going to wear her normal clothes as her wardrobe was not huge, but Moonlight made her go back home and do a fashion show with her. First she tried on her Luminous Coral costume, Moonlight said to wear something else, as she had worn that costume the night before. Sea Fairy then tried on the Jewel of the Summer Ocean outfit. Moonlight managed to convince her to wear it instead of her normal clothes. Eventually Sea Fairy ran into her room to change. Moonlight was still in the entrance of her house when she realized Sea Fairy had taken more than enough time to put on an outfit, she decided to walk into her room. She pulled Sea Fairy into bed and jokingly harassed her until she finally finished getting dressed. Then they almost finished all of the food Moonlight had made, and saved a little bit for Peppermint, Sorbet Shark, and Mango. Then they left for the Cookie Kingdom. It was still only around eight in the morning, and Peppermint had told Sea Fairy that everyone was partying until four in the morning, so they had plenty of time to make it to the Vanilla Kingdom. They went back to the cookie castle riding a water pillar Sea Fairy had summoned while laughing, hugging, and kissing. The stress on both of their shoulders had almost dissapeared, all they had to do was talk to Pure Vanilla now. Once they reached the cookie castle, they were greeted by the usual trio of Peppermint, Sorbet Shark, and Mango. It turns out Sorbet Shark had just gone to get a popsicle. Sea Fairy embraced them all and gave them some treats. Sorbet Shark wanted to see some of Sea Fairy's magic, so she put on a show for the trio. Sea Fairy then said that her and Moonlight must depart.
