Chapter 2

Everything felt still, like I was able to freeze time and life itself. I truly haven't felt like this before.

Is this what love at first sight feels like?

Suddenly, I was broken out of a trance when I saw that it looked like he was approaching me. I immediately started freaking out on the inside, so many thoughts going through my head. This was all happening so fast, but it felt like time was moving so slow at the same time. I couldn't do anything but stand there and before you know it, he was standing directly in front of me.

"Hey, are you okay?" He spoke for the first time after our very long staring contest.

I couldn't speak as I was struggling on finding the words to say to his simple question. His voice was raspy and deep, but gentle and warm to the ears. He was even more handsome close up. Watching him made it harder to utter a word.

"Y-Yeah.." I muttered after finding my words after my throat feeling like the Sahara Desert. He truly was so handsome, I haven't met someone as jaw dropping as him before. I wouldn't be surprised if he has an army of super fans just waiting in line to be the lucky winner.

He flashed a smile at me and I swear I felt my face heating up. His smile made him that much hotter, but I couldn't help but feel guilty about how I was feeling.

Is it bad to think he's just as hot in his human form as he is as a werewolf?

Of course it's bad! I answered myself. I shouldn't be thinking like this at all, but it seems like he isn't opposed to the idea of me being this close to him. After all, we're supposed to be arch nemesis.
