No one is gonna read this but i'm documenting my access class work here, or trying to :p

He looked out at the water in wonder

His green eyes were sparkling pools of curiosity

Distracted, he couldn’t hear his mother’s calls

The white swans rowing past were more interesting

Gaze broken, his mother took his small cool hand

Pulled away from the water he begged to stay

Settling down in the sand he made great castles in his imaginary land

Blue sky, dancing trees, and shining water

The sand was like a thousand sparkling jewels

Nothing was ugly or painful here in his head

Distracted by his mind he stood up from his place

Lacking grace tripping and falling on his face

Sand doesn’t taste good he decided wincing from reality

His mother scolded him for not looking ahead

When all he could see was the swaying trees and clouded sky

As his imaginary world fell apart
