I had a conversation with someone in one of the earlier chapters of this book and they made a theory about TT making Bow.

CONGRATS ON GETTING IT RIGHT!!!! I got the notification when I check my phone after school and got so confused but the moment I saw that scene I was freaking out-
But Nickel's getting more development! AND NEW BOW! Will she change her personality now that she knows she doesn't need to be like s1 Bow? Not only that but Yin-Yang too! THEY WERE ALL GREAT!!
I also loved Mephone in this episode! I never thought he'd actually help, in fact I thought he'd be scared of Bow since... well... but he ended up covering her! However I'm a bit concerned for the note Mephone got. I believe it was because of the fact that Ballpoint Pen saw Mephone wasn't doing it for himself. Though it also feels like something... more.
Who knows! Maybe it does have something to do with Cobs? We'll have to see!
