Heather's Pov:

I've been talking to Y/n for about a week now and she's the kindest person I've ever met, i decided I was going to introduce her to my boy best friend, Ryan, he's a bit strange but he's nice to talk to.

I'm walking to the janitors closet, where me and Y/n meet up, yes we still talk to our other friends, tomorrow Y/n is going to them but I wanted to read to her, I hope she doesn't find it wierd.

I'm waiting for Heather in the janitors closet, she got a second key for me so I could get in when I needed space from everyone, we called it our ,safe place, yes I know not very creative but we are thinking of something better but until then, safe place.

I hear the door open, I look over to the door and there she is, Heather, she's very tall(yes reader is shorter sorry bout it)

"Hey Heather", I say
"Hey N/n", she says smirking
"I have nicknames know?" I question her.
She just shrugs and sits down next to me.
She put her arm around my shoulder and I lean into her embrace, we were very close for some reason but we didn't care.

"I got a new book, could I read you the first chapter, then I'll introduce you to my boy best friend, Ryan Toress, is that ok?", Heather asks.
I smile and shake my head yes, I dont gobe a response as I'm kind of tired.

I'm still lying on her shoulder as she opens her book and starts reading, after about 2 minutes I feel myself doze off and everything went black.

Heather's POV:
I was reading a book to Y/n, who was lying on my shoulder which was absolutely adorable.
After finishing the first chapter, I realized she was asleep, she was adorable, I smiled to myself and scooped her into my arms and sat her on my lap and cuddled her, it was wrong, but felt so right.

5minutes later......
Still Heather's pov
I decide to wake up Y/n, but before I do I put her back down on the ground incase she didn't like how I was holding and cuddling her.
I woke her up and she stood up instantly," sooo we going to see Ryab?" She questioned.
"Yep" I respond and we walk to where Ryan is, I fight the urge to just grab her hand, I didn't care that she was 1 year younger and the same gender as me I wanted to just kiss her, so bad.

Y/ns POV
I walked beside Heather, she was introducing me to Ryan, her best friend.
We walked in silence but it was a comfortable silence.

We got to where Ryan was and Ryan instantly started flirting with me, sadly.
I just stood there super uncomfortable and Heather noticed.
"Hey dufus you're making her uncomfortable stop embarrassing yourself", Heather said, laughing a bit.
I smiled at her and Ryan said ,"Really oh my god, I'm super SUPER sorry".
"Its ok really, its nothing like what happened befo-" I cut myself off, not wanting to tell them.

"Before what", Heather said.
I came up with the lie ,"Before my ex, he was only with me because I was 'popular' "I said doing that thingy with my index and middle finger.

"Ohhhhhh, what a bitch", Ryan said making me laugh.
"Ya, what a bitch", I mimic.

"Anyways gotta go to next class, bye Heather, bye Ryan".
"Bye", they say at the same time.

I walk away so smiley, I dont know why but I almost opened up about my past, which I cant open up about to much.
