25 years ago Sonic was sent through a ring portal at 15 years old, he was sent there to keep the master emerald safe, prior to this the Government and InGen were conducting experiments with the concept of dinosaurs, trying to bring them back to create a park full of the world's greatest wonders. But while that was happening after the Government found out about Sonic's existence they knew that they needed him dead so they sent out multiple Kill On Sight missions but they all failed. 5 years later after another failed mission they managed to get one quill from him, and so they developed an experimental gun named the S.D. MK.1 (SpinDash) that harnessed the power of the quill but they couldn't make a durable enough gun to withstand the force of the blowback so it only was capable of one shot. And so they started development on a durable enough bullet to withstand the force of the gun, so they made it out of reinforced tungsten, it was their one shot at killing Sonic. Once Sonic found the location of the master emerald in an underwater temple the government officials followed him and let him go in and once he was in the temple they set up a trap at shore that once activated, encased him in a steel box and filled the room with sleeping gas leaving him defenseless. So once he came back to shore they activated the trap and executed the plan, they successfully put him to sleep and took down the steel box and took the shot with the S.D. MK.1 and finally put an end to Sonic The Hedgehog. When he was killed 1995 the government took his body and experimented with the properties of his very being till the army decided to weaponize his abilities they got one of they're top scientists to lead this project named Doctor Wu the plan was to create a lab made human and in its later life implement Sonic's abilities in to it. And so once it was funded they immediately got to work Doctor Wu began creating a lab made human from donated "baby making material" from volunteering Scientists that assisted in the project, after the child was done incubating Doctor Wu gave them liberty to name the child, so they named him Brian. They decided to give it time in the outside world so Doctor Wu gave him to Mr. Mills to raise but he basically left him in Lockwood's estate. Years later Brian got invited to camp Cretaceous and now this is his adventure in Jurassic world.
