He ran as fast he could, out of the house.

His breath was unsteady, his tears flowing out out of his control. He tried to hide his sobs and shrieks as he ran towards a familiar home.

He stopped in front of that house, panting. He saw a shadow walking up against the window.

He hid beside the door, and took his scroll out.

"iiuutss aa:#l ffaK":e wwiLlow i mm havvign a ppanisc atakvkhh"

He tried to soften his voice. He covered his mouth, hoping it'd keep him quiet.

"Hunter?!"

Someone called his name. He looked around his surroundings, no one was there.

The door creaked open, and he held in his sobs and looked over to the door with fear.

"I have to go find him—"

He turned his head away from the girl, and curled up.

"Hunter! What happened?"

He looked up to her, "It-it's all fake, I'm not real, it's—"

"Calm down, Hunter. Breathe. Take a deep breath. Breathe in, and out," she said as she stroked Hunter's hair carefully. She raised her hands up, "Follow me," She pointed out three fingers, and each breath she took, one finger lowered.

Hunter looked at the girl and copied her actions. His breath slowed down, his body moving slowly, still taking deep breaths.

"Good job." She sais with a reassuring smile, and lifted his head up.

"Let's go inside, okay?"

He nodded.

Hunter stood up slowly, and laid his hand on the wall for support.

Willow held him up carefully, and followed him in the door.

His eyes were half lidded as he sat on the couch weakly.

"I'm gonna go grab a drink, wait here, okay?"

He nodded.

She walked over to the kitchen, and opened up the fridge.

Hunter got up from the couch, and creaked the door open, and what he saw, frightened him. He shut the door gently yet quickly, and ran over to Willow.

She was humming a song softly, finding a nice drink for herself and one for Hunter.

"Hrk- Huh?" She looked behind her and she saw Hunter hugging her from the back, with widened eyes.

He shut his eyes quickly after. Willow took the drink out, set it on the counter, and held up his hands.

"What do you need?" She said with a gentle voice.

Hunter pushed himself towards the girl, and hugged her tight.

Willow was shocked from the action at first, but then she layed her hand softly on his back, and her other hand on his hair.

"It's okay, we'll be okay."

He shook his head, "No! S-something's outside!"

Willow drawed circles on his back, "What is it?"

"I don't— know, but I don't think I like the red glow.."

"It's alright, I'll go and check it—"
"No, please. Stay- stay here.."

Willow nodded, "Let's go upstairs, okay? It's very late."

Hunter pulled away from the hug, and as soon as Willow turned her back around, he stood behind her, gripping on her shirt.

"There's no need to be scared, I'm here. Plus, my parents are pretty strong, they can protect us."
