Chapter 3

" Taehyung you're here " Jieun said while she hugged Taehyung by his waist . He hugged her back.  " Why did you call me suddenly Jieun ? " Taehyung asked ..

Jieun shrugged her shoulders . " No specific Reason.. I missed you " Jieun said while roaming her hands on his chest making him groan .
He left Maria in his office and came to Jieun seeing her message ..

" Oh .. Jieun did you talk to your mom and dad ? "Taehyung asked while Jieun shook her head .
" Taehyung can't we just fulfill their wish .. I mean they are eager " Jieun said making Taehyung sigh ..

" No Jieun .. Kids are made with love and passion not by forcefully . " Taehyung said . They have been married for an year and half but still didn't agree to have kids . Taehyung loves Jieun but is not prepare to be a dad .

" Fine as you wish " Jieun mumbled ..

" What's with the down face huh ? " Ava , Maria's work mate said while glancing at her face . Since Taehyung left without any word Maria is feeling low of herself . The feelings she is getting towards Taehyung isn't calming her ..

" Nothing Ava .. just study stress " she answered while cleaning the cups . " Sure .. but feel free to disclose it with me " Ava said to Maria to which she nodded .

Well you must be wondering why is she working in a cafe . The reason is she has a older brother who is in need of money right now . And the money they earn by running a restaurant isn't enough for running expenses of two kids along with family ..

" Okay  .. Maria can you please close the shop . I'll be running late for my next job " Ava said and removed her apron before packing up her things . Maria nodded . Ava is a sweet girl . Her parents died two years ago . Being an orphan isn't helping her to leave in this society ..

" Hm .. It's already 9:40 time to close " Maria said glancing at the wrist watch . Just when she was about to switch off the coffee machine.  The doorbell jingled . " sorry but we're about to close now ----- Mr Kim " Maria gasped at the presence of her teacher.

" Oh Maria .. you're working here " Taehyung asked making Maria nod .
" Well .. Um Mr Kim it's our closing time " she said trying not to be awkward after the heated session they had in the office .

" Uh .. just a cup of hot chocolate won't mind right " Taehyung asked while rubbing his temple with his long slender fingers . Maria nodded and started preparing the hot chocolate for him ..

" So .. You usually go back home at this hour " Taehyung asked while glancing around the cafe . " No .. I work here for 5 days . This happens only for 2 days . My Workmate goes off at 9 pm . So I had to close it " Maria said while he hummed .

" Here goes your hot chocolate" Maria said and placed the cup infront of him . " Maria .. about this afternoon . I'm sorry for leaving you alone " Taehyung said .

" It's not a big deal Mr Kim .. why asking sorry " Maria shook her head while she let out a fake giggle . But inside her she is not hurt but a bit disappointed .

" No no I should have called you .. on that case Give me your number " Taehyung asked directly making her shock . She searched through her pants pocket only to get out her phone .

" I may call you .." Taehyung said before adding her number . It's 10pm when Maria closed the cafe . And turned to go home when

" Let me drop you home .. it's quite late " Taehyung said . Looking around her surrounding And nodded . Sitting on the same car with her professor isn't something she was expecting. .

" Now .. I know your adress . Might crack at any time " Taehyung said with a smirk making her blush. She left without any word ..

Reaching her room she locked the door . Her heart was thumping loudly . She kept her palm to calm her heartbeat ..

Just then she received a text from an unknown number ..

Sleep tight princess . And dream about me . ❤️

And again heat crept her cheeks . With trembling hands she typed a reply .
