You try to comfort him by trying to make him talk his feelings out which sometimes works if he wants to be alone you tell him to call you if he needs support.
Moxxie:
You will take him to his favourite play and make him nerd out about guns when it's over even if you don't understand what the hell he is talking about you still listen to what his talking about.
Millie:
You try to challenge her in races, armwrestling and try to wreslte each other and at the end of the day cuddle each other.
Loona:
If she is sad she will stay in her room most of the day and only vent out her problems in text and you give some advice to help her out.
Stolas:
You cuddle him and start saying everything is gonna be alright and that if the whole world is against him you would be there to support and fight with him he will start to feel happer and thank you for your kind words before some your passionate alone time together.
